the thing I don’t like is the kitchen, if you want to cook you can’t because the time you can cook is 4pm to 10pm, I can’t believe this, they sale the breakfast but if you want to cook your breakfast like eggs, you can’t and if you want to do dinner you can’t, another thing I don’t like it was a guy from the staff in the kitchen very, .He was quite badly educated, I wanted to prepare a tea, organize my food to take me and did not run away from the middle and I answered badly treating me stupid when the water heated, the night before we challenged 4 people who were dining in the kitchen very quiet, without need, we treated as if we were children, always in a bad mood and with an angry face. Another thing I don’t like is one day I arrived to the hostel and somebody moved all my staff in the room, all my staff in different places inside the room, they told me it was the police, Hahahaah, I can’t believe, it was like this with my staffs and another guest, unfortunate.
have a very good location and is clean, the rooms are comfortable and the shower too,

I was alone during my stay. Nobody to ask except for a few moment, in another side of the building. I felt un-considered as a guest.
No services (computers, place to cook, etc) available. Maps (copies) non legible. Breakfast minimum

unico difetto: la colazione è veramente orribile (anche se mangiabile), per il resto mi son trovato bene, è un ottimo ostello, molto centrale e vicino alla metropolitana, consigliato a tutti quelli che come me non hanno grosse pretese.

Sono stata sia al B&B che in ostello. Chiaramente vi è differenza soprattutto perché nell'ostello la pulizia non è al 100 %. Ad ogni modo il personale è molto cortese e sempre disponibile. La posizione è molto buona.

Vi consiglio molto di fermarvi in ART Hostel, perche' io e le mie amiche ci stiamo state molto bene!
Lo staff e' simpaticissimo, sempre a tua disposizione, pronto ad aiutarti...
Poi, le camere sono accoglienti, pulite.
Di mattina fai una colazione buona e abbondante, con il forte caffe'napoletano

The rooms, location and breakfast were great. the location is not so well signaled, so make sure to search it in maps and print a map.

El desayuno que está incluido no es muy bueno ya que solo cuenta de tortas y panes. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y eso muy importante para soportar napoli en verano. Es una lastima que el hostel no cuente con una área común una cocina o algo en lo q se pueda reaccionar con otros hospedados. La ubicación es buena

Great location, within 10 minutes walking distance to via dei Tribunali, Cappella San Severo or Chiesa di San Gregorio Armeno and within easy reach of the city main attractions. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Last but not least, friendly staff, always ready to give great recommendations.

è stata un'ottima esperienza, per quello che abbiamo speso è stata una grande sorpresa (positiva). Posizione ottima,qualità/prezzo ottimo, colazione buonissima. Peccato che bisogna fare doccia veloce perchè boiler acqua calda piccolo

ottima posizione vicino piazza Dante e la metropolitana, buon rapporto qualità prezzo, personale gentile e simpatico. la colazione si fa in un bar dietro il palazzo con cornetto succo e caffè/cappuccino. decisamente consigliabile

Das Hostel liegt in einer angenehmen Gegend in Neapel. Die Frau, die uns empfangen hat war lustig und gut drauf und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es halten sich in diesem Hostel viele junge Reisende auf, weswegen man leicht ins Gespräch kommen kann. Zum Hafen und in das Zentrum muss man ein bisschen laufen oder man nimmt die Bahn (was wir allerdings nicht gemacht haben). Das Laufen dauerte etwa 15-20Minuten.
Das enthaltene Frühstück gab es in einem Cafe um die Ecke, ein Croissant (Schokolade oder Marmelade) und ein Kaffee.

L'Art Hostel è veramente carino, pulito, economico e in una posizione ideale per muoversi in qualunque direzione della città; infatti è in pieno centro storico,a pochi passi delle due linee della metropolitana e le fermate dei principali autobus.
La colazione è inclusa nel prezzo (il caffè veramente ottimo), lo staff simpatico e sempre pronto ad aiutarti.
Peccato essere rimasta soltanto una giornata...Lo consiglio vivamente!...
Staff divertente e sempre pronto ad aiutarti ed ho avuto l’opportunità di conoscere persone splendide provenienti da mezzo mondo.
Mi sono mossa da un luogo all’altro con estrema facilità poiché la struttura è collocata in prossimità dei principali mezzi di trasporto (a pochi metri ci sono le fermate dell’autobus e della metro).
All’ Art Hostel anche spendendo poco si possono avere un comfort ed un’accoglienza insuperabili!

а в комнате дверь ванной была сломана!
в газовой плите не работала кнопка огня!

Ho soggiornato all'Art Hostel il 20/08. Sono stata nella camerata da 10 persone, tutte di nazionalità diversa.Lo staff semplicemente eccezionale...mi ha fatto sentire a casa!!!La sera lo staff ha organizzato con gli altri ospiti una visita ed una pizza nei vicoletti della Città che si raggiungo con facilità.Ho conosciuto delle persone speciali tra cui il ragazzo gay del letto accanto al mio.Spero di ritornarci presto.

The room was neat and nice, but the hostel is located in a somewhat scary neighbourhood, although very close to the train station. So it's not pleasant at all to walk outside, especially after sunset. But when we asked for a different room as the hot water was out, the hostel manager gave us a small flat outside the building. Very nice !
