I was travelling with my nephew who is 17. As according to some law they put him alone in another room. So we have to pay one room more

If I could give this place a -0 stars, i would. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! The staff is the rudest people I have ever met. The place is so runned down it was scary to stay here. It is near the most sketchy place in Naples, by the train station. I almost got followed to my hotel by creepy men. I was a solo traveler and wanted to visit capri and thought it would be wise to book a hotel in Naples to travel to capri daily to save money. DO NOT DO THIS. Spend the extra cash and stay in the island. I arrived at this hotel at midnight after coming from Venice and immediately realized I made a huge mistake. I wanted to cancel right away. And the hotel manager at the reception refused to help me. The hotel.com website I purchased my nights at also did not have any contact information for me to cancel or speak to a real person. I explained to the manager I wanted to cancel and would not stay the 5 nights I paid for therefore I did not want to pay for 5 nights totaling almost $200. The manager said it was IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. Forced me to try to pay for all nights city tax after I traveled all day and was tired and did not have cash on me. I did not want to leave the hotel at midnight to go to an atm in a sketchy neighborhood as a solo female. The manager refused to understand this and continued to insist on money. After calling his manager he allowed me to stay in my hotel and I was forced to pay for all 5 nights or he would not give me my passport back despite me leaving the next morning. this place is filled with RUDE MONEY HUNGRY MEN. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AND WILL REVIEW NEGATIVELY EVERYWHERE! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

Hotel położony w samym centrum i to jest jedyny plus dla tych, którzy chcą dużo podróżować pociągiem lub metrem (przy samym dworcu). Poza tym hotel jest bardzo stary, w środku nie ma klimatyzacji, lodówki w pokojach nie działają. W łazience stara armatura (z pleśnią i grzybem), prysznic zamontowany na suficie (brak możliwości regulacji). W hotelu jest bardzo głośno, dlatego jak ktoś pragnie odpoczynku to odradzam.

Old hotel, not nice, seems like its just run down. Everything seems old there. But the worst was the guy at the reception. When i called to ask for free rooms he answered - nothing available, but this was a lie, cos i saw online they had 3 rooms, so i booked online. Then when i arrived there he started yealing at me, that i blocked his room online. He was very rude and maliscious, asked for printer confirmation, although i had saved it on my phone. He kept being just not kind. The only good thing about this property is the short distance to railway station. Nothing else.

La ubicación es muy còmoda. Es un hotel antiguo, pero bien mantenido y muy limpio y lo mejor de todo es Antonio, su dueño, super simpatico, amable y servicial. lo recomiendo mucho.

Semplice ed essenziale. Personale ottimo.

- Zimmer sehr einfach eingerichtet und muffiger Geruch

- keine Heizung vorhanden!

- keine Freundlichkeit an der Repzeption und sehr misstrauisch!

Das Bad war schmutzig, das Hotel ist recht alt und im renovierumgsbedürftigen Zustand. Wer hart im nehmen ist und einige Abstiche machen kann, der bekommt ein Hotel zu einem guten Preis. Aber zwei Sterne ist es nicht wert.

жили в двухместном номере, нам не понравилось. совершенно нет кухни, даже электрочайника, комната в очень плохом состоянии. есть огромные тараканы.

Supermarkt ist auch direkt gegenüber, allerdings stört der verkehrslärm extrem in der Nacht und die Hygiene des Gemeinschaftsklos war fragwürdig. Personal dafür extrem freundlich und hilfreich.

buena atención pero el hostel está en mantenimiento, también afuera del edificio no aparece por su nombre si no que solo aparece "albergue". El barrio es aceptable si bas de la estacion directo a la hostal pero si sales un poco mas lejos y de noche la cosa se torna mas peligrosa

ottimo staff dell'hotel , simpatici e cordiali

Abituati all'anonimato del nord abbiamo trovato un'accogliente stanza dentro la struttura. Il proprietario è simpatico e ben disposto alle chiacchiere storiche su Napoli. A dispetto di sciocche recensioni sull'hotel, da pretenziosi poveracci, la struttura è degna del carattere forte e deciso della città. Non è consigliato indossare la parure di diamanti per passeggiare in corso Lucci, ma di sicuro nessun tagliagole in giro!Speriamo di tornare presto e più allungo...

Es un lugar bueno para llegar en otoño, en verano es demasiado húmedo y no cuenta con aire, sin embargo está muy cerca del metro y la estación de trenes y el staff es muy atento

The apartment is comfortable. The staff are very polite. I was satisfied.

ナポリ駅から歩いて1分もしないので、移動には便利ですが、廊下は薄暗く 部屋も暗く 共同のシャワーに入る気も失せ 入っていません。

オーナーのおじさんは 日本に好意を持っているので、色々親切にしてくれましたが日本人には向かないと思います。

せっかくのナポリ滞在が 暗い気持ちになりかねません。

Wifiは無くネットも繋がりません。

Não sei se todos os hostels de Napoli são assim antigos,a estadia foi otima em alguns aspectos,mas o lugar tem algumas funçoes que deixaram de funcionar como aquecedor quarto e aguá do chuveiro.Os atendentes são super simpaticos.Recomendo para quem nao quer gastar muito e não perder muito tempo andando,estaçao principal do lado...do lado mesmo

Owner was super nise old man. He was super friendly and recommender good places in napples. Hotel was messy.. Location was not good, it was near the train station. by night there was drug users and other scary people outside the hotel. Earplugs recommended trams and trains went allnight long and the noise was sooo loud- Cheap rooms. if you stay for one or two night thats ok.

La mia camera era situata davanti ai binari della metro... il rumore cessava alle 2 e ripartiva alle 5. sonno 0. lo staff e stato molto gentile, ma non lo consiglio per chi cerca relax.

The area of the Hotel is not so secure, but if you are careful, it´s a big advantage because you can find it very easily, when you are with the luggage. The rest, it´s a hotel. I think it needs a breakfast service.

Non è il massimo del confort e della pulizia... ma costa poco, la posizione è la migliore e sono cortesi.

Hotel fantastico per chiunque voglia trascorrere dei giorni a Napoli senza spendere troppi soldi. Il personale è garbato e disponibile senza per questo sfociare nella più barbarica anarchia. Credo che tornerò molto presto.

料金は安かったが現金前払いでレシートは要求したがチェックアウト時と言われ、後で１０EURO不足と取られた。駅近いが駅前通りは混雑で渡るのが怖いほど。電車の音が遅くまでうるさい。周辺は工事中で夜雰囲気もよくないので、あまりおススメできない。

albergo economico e pulito, i gestori sono stati molto accoglienti.

mi sono trovata bene, camera pulita e personale molto gentile, ci tornerò! soltanto wifi non prendeva e dovevo scendere nella hall per collegarmi.

Hotel położony bardzo blisko dworca co jest zarówno plusem jak i minusem. Cena adekwatna do standardu hotelu (czysto, ale niezbyt nowocześnie), obsługa bardzo miła. Ogólne wrażenie dobre.

posizione davanti alla stazione centrale.. impossibile girare di notte perchè è pieno di extracomunitari... staff discreto e non leggono le raccomandazioni che lasci per email: ho prenotato la camera sino alle 18:00 del pomeriggio e l avevano già affittata!!!

なんといってもナポリ駅から１、２分で安い。19ユーロでツイン

隣のバール（カプチーノ、マルゲリータ、店員、安い）も良く、朝飯等で利用させてもらいました。

唯一の不満は夜12：00に受付が居なくなるので

それまでに帰ってこなければいけない事くらいです。しかしそのおかげで早起きして1日を充実させることが出来たので大した事ではなかったのかもしれません。

Hotel może i czysty, ale bardzo stary i wszystko tam jest do wymiany jak dla mnie. Rdza w łazience, stare meble, lampy. Nie robi to dobrego wrażenia. Głośno, bo blisko dworca i właściwie nad torami kolejowymi. W nocy da się spać, ale juz od 6 rano nie bardzo. Ogólnie nie polecam, ale jak ktoś chce tanio, to w tym przedziale cenowym jest to uczciwa transakcja.

excellent way of being from the staff.No negative comments. The only thing that annoys a bit is to leave the key any time i have to go away.

Hotel rustico e particolare molto adatto a chi vuole spendere poco senza rinunciare alla comodità. Gestori veri napoletani cortesi, disponibili ed ospitali. Io senz'altro ci tornerò.
