Great location and a very nice staff. However we have booked a private room and it was totally not worth the price. The shower was broken, hot water was not available. The double bed had two single matress, what made the it really hard to sleep in two people on it, as they would fall apart all night long. The room was not very clean either. The staff and the place was really cool, but I would not recommend booking the private room at all, as there were many better options in town for a lower price. p.s: I asked for a hairdryer and 2 of them were broken. I had to wait a day for someone to stop using the third one that was working for me to be able to us e it.

personnel souriant très aimable et disponible parlant très bien français. Je recommande la CONTRORA(la sieste)à tous les voyageurs.

Posizione ottima vicino fermata della metro,camere doppie praticamente nuove,personale gentile e sempre sorridente.Se dovessi tornare a Napoli dormirei sicuramente qui.

la verdad es que es un vergel dentro de la locura de Napoles, tiene un jardín muy bonito para comer y cenar, cocina apropiada, habitación mas que correctas con vistas al jardín y personal muy amable, vamos no se puede pedir mas la verdad. lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda

大部屋でも良い、安ければよいというならお勧めですが、清潔度はいまいち、先月２度目に利用しましたが、朝食は去年よりかなり安上がりで、以前に比べてかなり質が落ちました。スタッフも働いているというよりもたむろしているという感じで、印象悪かったです。去年はまあまあというところでしたが、今回はかなり、落ちたなという感じです。近くの地下鉄一号線が中央駅まで開通したので、その点、少し便利になりました。ちなみに、一号線に乗るには駅から出て、ガルバルディ広場から降りなければなりません。若いバックパッカーにはよいでしょう。

Super Hostel mit allen möglichen Extras - Wlan, Lounge mit Sofas, Klavier, gratis (wenn auch einfaches) Frühstück, gut ausgestattete Küche zum Selberkochen, Bar, Parties... Das Personal ist super nett. Ich kann dieses Hostel wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen.

Stanze pulite, servizi eccellenti, e i receptionist (tutti, e sono tanti!) gentili e in grado di farti sentire a casa. E non è mica scontato al giorno d'oggi che questo accada! Bravissimi! Ormai è il mio punto di riferimento per i soggiorni a Napoli.

Staff very friendly. Bit far from sights but easy by metro. Didn't have air con in our room, just a fan which wasn't advertised. Showers didn't work the best. Not enough keys for rooms. Although area seemed safe, two people got robbed on the street close by. Atmosphere was fantastic. Great having a kitchen, bar and cheap food available. Great courtyard, hang out space and music. Well recommended

Helpful and friendly multilingual staff, common areas designed for people to meet (especially with the barbecue on May 1st), possibility to rent laptops, calm location, close enough to city center. Nothing to complain; if I come back in Napoli I'll go there again.

хостел в 20 минутах пешком от вокзала, есть метро 5 минутах, коллектив очень внимательный, готов всегда помоч, ресепшн никогда не бывает без дежурного,всё в рабочем состоянии , чистое бельё, собственная закрытая территория, хочется вернуться!

оптимальное расположение,легко найти пешком,внимательный отзывчивый коллектив,всегда помогут решить проблему,чёткая организация работы с клиентами, собственная закрытая территория с газоном,мелкие претензии относятся к самим туристам,рядом 2 супермаркета

Really nice hotel and very friendly and helpfull staff. Only minus was that the computers where out of order.

Just about everything you expect from a good hostel. Was clean, had helpful staff and a good looking bar and kitchen area. Location isn't the best in my opinion but there's a metro station not too far away.

It was wonderful.The stuff is very polite and everything is very comfortable!

Tres propre. Quelques casiers sont brisés et l'ai climatisé ne fonctionne pas dans toutes les chambres. Il en a été le cas pour nous mais nous avons fait la demande de changer de chambre et la réception a accepté. La terrasse est tres grande et ils offrent un cocktail de bienvenue le soir de votre arrivée!

Great place, although a bit far from the city center. But there is a metro to reach a center, a train station and other places. Separate showers, enough space for cooking, bar, garden, nice staff. Just enjoy :)

Veramente carino questo ostello, vicino alla metro, pulito e un giusto mix di relax e divertimento. Lo staff sempre disponibile a dare info e dritte sulle cose da fare/vedere in citta'. E' stata una bella esperienza. lo consiglio a tutti!!!!Consuelo/Liguria

Super hostel! Bon rapport qualité-prix! Personnel accueillant et qui parle français. Le quartier est sympa et la bouche de metro + arrêt de bus sont très proches. Seul point négatif, les sanitaires ne sont pas assez nombreux... J'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Very nice staff! The rooms need to be cleaned more. They gave great directions on how to get there - easy on the metro.

le cadre est très sympa, moderne et ancien à la fois.

l'accueil est parfait, ici on parle fançais anglais italien , et certainement d'autres langues...

je pense y retourner pour un prochain séjour pour aller au vésuve cette fois ci

un peu loin de la gare centrale, mais il y a le métro, pour ceux qui sont paresseux.

La Controra превзошла наши ожидания. В двухместной комнате было просторно чисто, прохладно и тихо. У хостела есть уютный дворик и интернет )Персонал дружелюбен и отзывчик, правда, показалось, еще несколько насторожен :) может, к ним заезжает мало русских ребят ;) Неаполь разочаровал (оч.грязно), а вот хостел оказался лучшим, где мы останавливались в Италии! Лера, СПб.

Amazing is one thing I can say about this hostel. Not too far away on the metro. Friendly and helpful staff. Enough facilities to suit all. Huge kichen, clean an nice decore, relaxed vibe and chilled tunes. Recomended.

das Frühstück hatte mal keine Butter, mal kein heißes Wasser für Tee, dreckige Handtücher, die auf der Erde lagen wurden wieder aufgehängt. Da jeder seine Frühstückssachen selber abspült, gibts auch keine Gewähr für sauberes Geschirr. Trotzdem hatten wir viel Spaß. Die Bewertung des Personals bezieht sich auf die Leute an der Rezeption: Die sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und gaben auch gerne saubere Handtücher und Hilfestellung für unterwegs. Die Atmosphäre des Hostels ist sehr nett. Und die Lage gut um Besichtigungen zu machen.

ich bin viel rumgekommen, und ich kann ganz objektiv sagen.... das beste hostel in dem ich in italien je gewesen bin.

freundlich, sauber, hervorragende lage, super service und ausstattung und eine super nette atmosphäre.wenn ich wieder in neapel bin dann nur im la controra.

C'est un endroit paisible dans une ville trépidante. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour.

This hostel is stunningly good. I was a bit overwhelmed by Naples and coming back to the hostel was my favorite part of every day. The staff are so LAID BACK! But they run a clean, fun, cool looking place. The beds are so comfortable and clean and quiet...and if you want noise and fun, you can go down to the yard where they have bbqs and parties now and then. Basically, whether you are going for party or for peace, it's the place, which is unusual. A great refuge in a crazy city! 100 percent all the way.

Las duchas son pequeñas no hay lugar para cambiarse en privado luego del baño, por lo demas todo perfecto.

really clean and well kept hostel. werent alot of showers but were always hot. really close to the metro but not really in the city and the trains stop at 12am. without a doubt would stay here again. the bar isnt always open but we went in non peak time.

Very nice set up. Not too far from the historical center. Naples in general is nothing too special but if you decide to visit the city then I recommend this hostel
