Il panorama è bellissimo, ma avrei preferito stare vicino alla M1 invece che alla stazione di Mergellina, stupenda ma sconsideratamente abbandonata, dove c'è la M2. Eravamo due donne e anche così ritornare la notte tardi ci ha dato un po' di preoccupazione: c'è un tunnel da attraversare dove dormivano dei barboni e una salita isolata per salire all'ostello. La doccia era fantastica e l'aria condizionata indispensabile. Se la stanza fosse stata veramente occupata da 4 persone invece che da 2, noi, che siamo grandi (di età), avremmo un po' sofferto. Non si fa la colazione.

L'ostello è pessimo, assolutamente da evitare! Sporco, biancheria sporca, asciugamani non disponibili, acqua fredda nelle docce. Wifi praticamente inesistente. Servizi di ristorazione, inclusa la colazione, di pessima qualità. Difficile da raggiungere.

Ostello molto economico e vicino a stazione metro, ma piuttosto degradato e sporco, lo salvo solo per il prezzo.

This is one of the worst hostel type of hotels where they don't provide a towel and charges 2 euros for you to have a towel in your room/toilet.This place mainly used for housing migrants.I will not my right sense recommend this place to my friends or anyone,

We really appreciate our stay at the hostel. You ll find a common hostel accommodation. It is clean and near to the station, the crew is friendly and cool. The internet connection just broke down when we ve been there, but they had been working on it. I personally enjoyed the stay especially because its a place where u also can meet refugees who are staying there as well. Its a nice opportunity to meet people who have gone through a lot of trouble just for a chat or just to meet at all.
And girls, don't worry: its a nice save place

Condizioni igieniche desolate, il bagno in camera era oltremodo precario, gli scarichi appena funzionanti. Da aver paura ad entrare a lavarsi i denti. E il coprimaterasso era indecente!

Walls are paper-thin (you can hear your neighbours breathing, not to mention snoring), hot water available between 2-5pm most of the time it's simply ice cold so forget about an evening or morning shower; internet worked occassionally, and so slowly that it's impossible to check anything.

Ostello posto in zona strategica vicino alla stazione della metro, dotato di parcheggio per auto, camere buone (manca la TV e sono poco insonorizzate. Rapporto qualità prezzo abbastanza buono.

Optimal position and very good prices. Be awared tho that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, and during the summer it can be pretty uncomfortable to sleep in the dorms

avevo prenotato x 6 e mi hanno messa in una stanza da 8..ho espresso del dissendo e mi hanno gridato in faccia di andare via se non mi piaceva..non c'erano teli...l'aria condizionata era rotta..c'era una sola presa elettrica in una stanza da 8...e era sporco e degradato...la mia vacdanza è stata rovinata..pessimi e totalmente sconsigliati!

Difficult journey from airport. Walk to bus stop, try not to get run over. No dire tons to underground. I was walking round an unsafe area. Finally found underground. Lots of steps. Virtually no English spoken. Train is 4 stops. Long walk up a hill to the hostel. Again little English spoken. Older man unfriendly and didn't explain anything. Although he did change my room and show me how the shutters worked. They don't cater for English speaking tourists and are disinterested

The place is nice the two serious issues are: members of staff know little English so they are not as helpful as you might expect and the internet doesn't work. Plus "complimentary Italian breakfasts" means a coffee and a piece of bread with jam.

For the price, it was a good deal (had it not been for my difficulties with the metro strikes). But both the inside and outside areas surrounding the building are not beautiful at all. But it was very clean (I'm not sure if that had to do with the fact not many people were staying at the time). It only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the metro station which is convenient if there are no strikes.
When I stayed, there were strikes on the line leading from this metro station to the naples central station for two of the three days I was there. It was very inconvenient trying to get from here to the central areas (to the historic center of naples and to naples central station you need to get to many major spots like pompeii, etc.) If you are really considering this hostel and If you want to use the metro as your main means of transportation getting to central naples, I recommend you check when the strike are. But if you have the money for taxis or are bus savvy (there are many buses and bus stops so it could be a bit confusing knowing which one to get on) then it shouldn't be an issue. I lost lots of time because of the metro not running and me not wanting to spend the extra for expensive taxis and taking a while to figure out the buses. The staff were ok- not particularly friendly, but not unfriendly either.

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue muy desagradable,nadie me aviso que no tenian ascensor y que habia que subir una escalera al aire libre empinadisima ,sumamente alta sin medida de seguridad a partir de las 6 de la tarde,como sufro ataques de panico por la altura fue muy fea la experiencia....me tendrian que devolver el dinero

l' ostello è molto grande e pulito, l' ambiente è tranquillo e il personale accogliente, l' unica pecca è la posizione: di giorno ti muovi tranquillamente con i mezzi, 10 min. di metro, ma la sera dopo le 10 (ultima corsa della metro) è più problematico arrivare.

L'hotel est propre, le personnel aidant, la terrasse offre une belle vue sur la mer, mais le quartier est bruyant,(a cote de la gare et les Napolitains abusent du klaxon). A quelques minutes du port, mais loin du centre. Dommage que les chambres ne soient pas climatisees.

LO Staff e stato molto gentile e anche molto ospitale. La posizione dell'ostello e molto centrale. Per un ostello dovrei dire che lo standard era buonissimo anche perche nella reception c'era anche l aria condizionata.... Le camere erano buone ma senza un ventilatore era un po afoso....

Great place. Although to go for the first time it is a little hiden, once you know the way is easy.Things to improve: breakfast is free but small. dont miss the splendid view from the terrace, priceless!!!

El hostel es muy bueno..bastante grande y limpio, un poco alejado de la zona de movimiento de la ciudad pero cerca de la estacion de tren. El establecimiento es muy lindo las camas excelentes el desayuno si muy pobre.

O Hostel é otimo, bem ao lado da estação de Metro, café da manhã é bom, e o café é feito na hora. Internet wifi em todos os cômodos bainhos dentro dos quartos e também nos corredores, todos com chuveiro e secador de cabelo. O pessoal da recepção foi muito atencioso, me explicaram como fazer os passeios, todos muito educados. Recomendo este hostel!

Auberge de jeunesse sympathique bien que très basique. En été l'air conditionné manque un peu. Il faut prendre le métro ou le bus pour aller dans le centre. A conseiller pour les très petit budgets!

要搭地鐵 有點遠 房間乾淨 有早餐 但是在山坡上 要爬一段坡 有點辛苦 離海邊不遠 附近也有傳統市場 治安算是一般 到市區要坐車 走路要半個小時以上

good place good attendance. hostelling international strandard respected. the hostel is quite far from the center and difficult to find but these are details. really good in general. cautin taxi by night from the station with 2 luggages should be approximately 15 euros!

Really good place, a bit far from the center but thats okay couse there is good pizzerias and the metro station near by :) Metro takes you easily to center and other places you want to visit. Good view from the hotel!

Fue muy dificil para mi encontrarlo, pero para ser Napoles, esta muy limpio y lo estan refaccionando. El dasayuno es terrible, y no me gusta que te dan la ropa de cama cuando entras y tenes que hacerte la cama y no me dieron toallas tampoco.

Das Hostel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Mergellina entfernt. Mit der Metro ist man recht schnell im Zentrum und bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal ist durchgängig freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles wirkte renoviert, neu und sauber. Frühstück ist wenig, man kann aber was dazu kaufen. Außerdem kann man im Hostel auch ein preiswertes Abendessen bekommen. Ich habe den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

In quiet area near the Vatican, Lots of rooms and toilets, great lounge area and the kitchen. Comfortable beds, but you only get a very thin blanket and an extra sheet if you ask for it 3 times. In april I had to sleep in my clothes
