bit bugs bit bugsbit bugs the owner change mattresses. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ннннда за чистоту нет оценки 0 ,мало того,что хозяин перепутал время нашего приезда и снял с карточки деньги,так еще нас ОЧЕНЬ СИЛЬНО ЗАКУСАЛИ КЛОПЫ мы чють не ох..ели хотя и угараем панк-року (не знаю как перевести на англьский ) bit bugs bit bugsbit bugs the owner change mattresses.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! за 5 лет катания по евро это самый стрёмный хостел ,хотя я не был в других комнатах,может там нет этих диких животных после которых по приеду на Рф мы с комрадом тусуемся в КВД и ставимся уколами от дикой аллергии. дядя гори в аду. хотя если заранее обколоться препаратами или у вас нет аллергии на этих насекомых квартирка довольно и не плоха,рядом метро,супермаг и еда.

Gostei do hostel e principalmente da recepção.

Nosotras hemos viajado dos amigas, solo utilizábamos el hotel para ducharnos y dormir pero nos ha gustado. El dueño es encantador y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. Las habitaciones están muy bien, son bonitas y acogedoras.

Yo os aconsejaría coger habitación con baño propio.

La zona está muy bien comunicada con el metro y a 15-20min. del Coliseo andando.

Esperamos volver pronto y repetiríamos aquí.

Esta cerca de dos metros y las calles son seguras, aunque hay que caminar como 20 minutos a los sitios de interes. La limpieza no es muy buena (las almohadas olian a sudor) el desayuno son unos panecitos con mermelada y de tomar una caja de leche para todos, suerte quien alcance¡ El encargado es muy agradable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, pero solo va un rato por las mañanas. Un detalle es que cuando llegas por primera vez tienes que buscar el modo de llamar por telefono para que te venga a abrir, lo cual te lleva hasta una hora¡ Lo recomiendo pero el dueño tiene que cuidar esos detalles¡

Polecam. Gościnny dom, swoboda, zawsze ciepla woda, kuchnia do dyspozycji, blisko do wszystkich ważniejszych obiektów turystycznych. Niedrogo. Pozdrawiamy Domenico, przyjaznego gospodarza.

Très bon accueil, chambre agréable. Seuls la propreté de la douche est à repprocher, ainsi que les petits déjeuners très frugals. Pas de plaque pour se faire à manger. Sinon, prévoir de marcher mais bonne position dans un quartier populaire sympa.

les plus: propriétaire sympathique, appartement bien placé et calme, possibilité de venir avec un animal domestique.

les moins: appartement en mauvais état avec cuisine trop peu équipée (pas assez pour pouvoir tous déjeuner) et pas assez d'eau chaude pour pouvoir tous se doucher

Właściciel bardzo sympatyczny. Położenie w bardzo dogodnym miejscu - blisko metro i do Koloseum. Łazienka pozostawia WIELE do życzenia, a śniadań właściwie nie ma - sucharki i małe plastikowe pojemniki z dżemem położone w pokojach, do tego kawa instant i zakamieniona grzałka. Nie można gotować, ale jest lodówka ogólnodostępna. Na początku byłam BARDZO zawiedziona miejscem, ale po lekkim sprzątnięciu i małej reorganizacji było lepiej. W okolicy znajduje się sklep (supermarket) co ułatwia zaopatrywanie się w jedzenie.

Hotel w dobrym miejscu ale część pokoi jest w piwnicy. Kuchnia tylko prowizoryczna - nie ma garnków ani naczyń. O rzeczy typu ręczniki, papier toaletowy czy środki czystości trzeba osobno prosić właściciela.

It was very comfortable and the owner is very helpfull, it is not very big so it´s quite what allows you to rest. Around 15 minutes by foot from Colosseum.

Overview: good place to stay!

A very cosy and calm place... very close to the city centre... the most ideal haven for any tourist... I would highly recommend it :-)

In Order to get in you need a phone (the tennant lives elsewhere - close by). Good location, O.K. beds, no charm - over all a good place to sleep.

Strenghts: Very good position for visiting Rome and buying food and everything you need, the room and the bathroom were clean and the staff very kindly.

Weaknisses: just one bathroom on the floor and we had to wait a lot to do our needs, to much money for the offered conditions, poor breakfast, very very much noise from the street.

mialam okazje nocowac w dwoch roznych mieszkaniach- jedno z nich niebo lepsze od drugiego za ta sama cene wiec wszystko zalezy od tego co komu przypadnie....

pomimo ze B&B to sniadanie dostalismy tylko 2 razy na 6 nocy i to w minimalnych ilosciach-po 2 dniach po prostu o nas zapomniano...

po przyjezdzie trzeba bylo dzwonic do wlasciciela-nie ma recepcji na miejscu, obsluga bardzo sympatyczna, mozna polecic

Prima hostel, kamers waren schoon, badkamer werd volgens mij niet schoongemaakt. 10 min. lopen naar het Colleseum. Ontbijt stelt niet veel voor maar voor de prijs is het prima. Aanrader.

il proprietario lavora in nero, non ci ha rilasciato alcuna ricevuta.

le foto sono false, l'ostello e´ molto diverso, si presenta triste, vecchio, con scarsa pulizia, arredato poco e male.

non c´era cucina, la colazione era molto povera e disposta su un piccolo tavolo senza sedie.

The owner was very helpful - but there is no office at the B and B and we had to use a cell phone to contact him when we arrived. There is also no information on Rome or on the neighbourhood available at the B and B - which is effectively a series of rooms along a hallway, with a shared bathroom (which didnt seem to be cleaned during our 4 nights there). There were no kitchen facilities. The place was OK for the price though, and the neighbourhood was good.

The owner is very nice. We arrived very late that night and he management to come to the train station and pick us up at no charge. He is very friendly and kind. Good place to stay.

De benaming bed&breakfast is niet helemaal juist. er stond een bakje met een pakje toastjes en 3 kuipjes jam op de kamer, maar daar kun je geen 4 ochtenden met 2 man van ontbijten. de gastheer was vriendelijk. deze accommodatie was een paar straatjes verwijderd van de metro, dus was goed te doen.

Super Lage und sehr charismatisch und gemütlich gestaltete Zimmer. Der Guesthouse Besitzer war stets freundlich und bei Problemen telefonisch erreichbar. Schade war, dass das Guesthouse kein wirkliches Hostel Feeling hatte - es war eine - zwar sehr hübsche - ausgebaute Wohnung, aber jedoch ohne gemeinschaftlichen Aufenthaltsraum/Hof/etc. und einen InfoPoint/Rezeption gab es leider auch nicht. Ansonsten - Top Unterkunft, Top Lage, Top Roma!!!

The position is just great, sadly there was no breakfast, and the rooms are quite loude. There are some good and very bad rooms as well. (ask to get the one on the photo!:))

The host was very helpful, all in all, it was not a bad impression for this amount of money.

Very close to the centre, very cheap as well. Do not expect breakfast (u get just few really small cakes). Generally I would live here again!

Der blev ikke gjort rent under vores ophold, den eneste underholdning var os selv, og personalet var dårlig til engelsk og meget utilregneligt. Det er B&B men morgenmaden består af lav-selv pulverkaffe, en roulade og 10 minicakes - det skulle være morgenmad for 4 dage! -Det var under al kritik. Dog var der kun 3 stop med metroen til Termini og megeet nemt at komme rundt til de forskellige seværdigheder derfra.

we spent a great time, it"s a nice place.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Es war nicht alles perfekt sauber, aber für ne Woche als Schlafplatz war es prima. Der Host war sehr freundlich!

b&b davvero accogliente e in buona posizione, vicino a piazza san giovanni. domenico super simpatico e disponibile!

it was ok, central, clean, but poor in breakfast

Ontbijt hebben we niet echt gehad. Maar de mensen zijn wel heel aardig, de kamer is ruim en je zit heel dicht bij de metro om in het centrum te komen.

we stayed on the double private room and we were really surprise by the quality of the hostel. The hostel was really good located, walking distance to the zone of the coliseo and a metro station close (5 minutes). The room was big, clean and really nice, actually we were surprise :P . we shared the kitchen with 3 other rooms, and the kitchen was very good equiped. the bathroom was very clean. It was as if we had rented a flat instead of a hostel. PERFECT PLACE TO STAY

Informal place and not b b It can gets over bussey in the kitchen in mornings as you share it with other 2 rooms and make your own breakfest and table with 5 chairs for 6 people.But you have a kitchen.

This guesthouse was an excellent choice for accommodation in Rome. The owner was absolutely wonderful, nice, friendly and helpful. He really takes care about the guesthouse and his guests, gives them some useful advices and tips about the city etc. We really enjoyed our stay in Rome and it was also because of the accommodation. The breakfast includes some packed croissants but there is a kitchen available so you can make some coffee, tee or anything else during all the day. The cleanliness of the place depends (from a great part) on other guests in the guesthouse. Anyway, we were fully satisfied with the place and it is a clear choice for our next stay in Rome!

It was too long queue for the bathroom as there was only one barhroom.

Ett bra ställe att bo på om man ska vara i Rom. Läget är bra med tunnelbanestation 2 minuter bort. Att gå till Colosseum tog ungefär 15 minuter.

Minus var att det inte fanns någon frukost. Man kunde göra kaffe om man ville, men inget att äta.

Super Lage! Wir haben in einem Zimmer zum Hinterhof gewohnt - sehr ruhig! Familiäre Atmosphäre, netter und hilfsebereiter Besitzer! Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Küche zum Mitbenutzen vorhanden.

The price is low and you should not expect a very high standard (i.e. the beds sag), but we can definitly recommand it and the staff is really kind and helpful!

It's a very good place, you can find it very easy, it's located near a super market, a subway station that can take you almost to every important place in Rome, the owner is a nice person, speaks realy good english.It's a located in a safe area of Rome, didn't have any problem.It's a simple,clean and a very nice place. I will go back there for sure...

I had excellent experience in Appia Gusthouse! good facilities, bathroom clean, good breakfast, very friendly and helpfull staff. The Location is very good.

Extremely friendly staff, SUPERB location, immaculately clean. I had the time of my life and this place assisted in the memory as it was within walking distance to the Metro and sight seeing locations. I will return again. THANK YOU!
