Este hostal es terrible, mis amigas y yo preferimos perder el dinero de la reserva e irnos a otro lugar, nos recibio un hombre de muy mal aspecto y parecia borracho, ademas el olor era insoportable, el estado de los colchones y los tendidos era pesimo, y la zona no parecia muy segura, nada bonita en comparación a la hermosa ciudad de Roma

Once we got there with our reservations, a drunk, smelly sleazy old man with his stomach hanging out of his shirt told us there was no room and handed us a map. He pointed to another hostel entirely across Rome and didn't give us a name. Sent us on a wild goose chase, just to get lost and not even find the hostel! MammaMia itself was dingy and gross- no decorations or anything. Not recommended! Also in a very bad part of town.

We were robbed there!!! They don't have lockers, the only thing good is the position, very near from the Coliseum and the Stazione Termini.

accoglienza pessima, la reception in realtà è la camera del signore che vi lavora. camere e bagni sporchi. niente colazione. ci sono stati richiesti dei soldi in più (10euro totali per una prenotazione di una notte per tre persone) per una fantomatica sovratassa romana! non consiglio questo posto.

Leider hat es mir in diesem Hostel nciht so gut gefallen. Die Matratzen und Kissen sind alt und wirklich nciht mehr schön, so dass man sich nur auf einem Laken wohl fühlt. Es wird zwar täglich mal der Boden gewischt, die Badewanne sieht allerdings so aus, als hätte dort jemand Kleider schwarz gefärbt und danach nciht sauber gemacht. Es sind ca. 20 Betten vorhanden, es gibt aber nur ein einziges Bad, in dem sich Waschbecken, Toilette und eine Wanne mit Dusche befinden. Einen Gemeinschaftsraum gibt es nicht, die Küche bzw. der Mini-balkon sind durch abgestellte alte Matratzen und ähnlichem ungemütlich und Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt es dort eh nicht.

Muy centrico y cerca del Centro especialmente del Coliseo. Al llegar me di con la sorpresa que el hostal funciona solo en el segundo piso, por lo que no encontramos el nombre del hostal en la avenida, para ello hay que tocar el timbre. No dan servicio de desayuno a pesar que la reserva indicaba que por 2 euros se podía desayunar. Sucio no cambian las sabanas, dos chicos que llegaron al segundo día durmieron sobre las mismas sabanas que dos chicas ocuparon hasta esa mañana. Un solo baño mixto para todo un piso, no habia donde colgar la ropa ni las toallas, la ducha era una tina sucia.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, al igual que la atmosfera,los cuartos son iluminados, pero a los cuartos no les hacen aseo, no se encuentran emplementos de aseo, como jabón, shampo, toalla de manos y de cuerpo. El personal encargado es perezoso y despreocupado...

Las habitaciones están bastante bien, pero el baño (aparte de que se comparte entre muchas personas y casi siempre esta ocupado) deja bastante que desear en la limpieza (aunque en parte se debe a los que lo usan). Los demás huéspedes no respetan nada. El personal muy amable.

la camera era molto sporca, peli polvere ecc.
Il copriletto aveva delle strane macchie e capelli anche nel letto.
Mancava tutto, non cerano gli asciugamani, le saponette, niente.
La colazione era in un bar li vicino dove erano già finite anche le merendine.
Dovrebbero trattare con più cura i clienti.

Staff disorganizzato, struttura non molto curata. Inoltre è richiesto pagamento all'arrivo e cauzione di 5 euro per avere le chiavi, altrimenti non si entra. Portatevi l'asciugamano. Scarsa pulizia.

Its horrible,dont go there!we was just arrived when the door open one drunk man and said that our room is broken and he hasnt room for us.We was family with child and what i must do???he send us in other hostel and said that its the same price. But no-it was more.I love Italy but i didnt expect this situation....

ha sido una muy mala experiencia, empezando por el engaño en el que es algo recurrente para nosotros los viajeros, ya que desde el primer momento en que llegamos al hostal fue fatal!!.. de que sirve buscar y buscar y mirar tantas fotos si luego que llegas allí solo te ubican donde ellos pueden...nos enviaron a otro lugar mas lejos de allí, peor comunicado y terriblemente malo.. parecía mas una casa abandonada que un lugar por el cual nos estaban cobrando, pero debo decir que no fuimos los únicos a quienes les sucedió lo mismo ya que una pareja anterior a nosotros estaban discutiendo por la misma situación.
En definitiva un DESASTRE TOTAL!

Életem leges legrosszabb szállása ahol valaha is jártam! Förtelmes hely! Ami a képeken szerepel az a recepciós szobájáról készült, a lakószobákról nincs kép amit megértek, mert förtelmes! Nincs ágynemű, penészes falak, börtön ágyak, a fürdőszoba fertőhely, a fürdőkád és a csempe tiszta penész! A személyzet tragédia! A szállás megtalálása 1,5 órás procedúra volt, annyira elvan dugva és nincs is hirdetve, a helyiek nem ismerik! Aki teheti fizessen egy kicsit többet a szállásért, de normális helye lesz! Ez tragédia!

MOLTO SCORRETTI!!!era sporco, gli asciugamani erano a pagamento, non avevamo neanche un campioncino di sapone per lavarci e si sono scocciati quando lo abbiamo chiesto portandoci un bagnoschiuma di terza mano aperto e mezzo finito, la colazione di solito in un B&B è compresa, invece qui si paga2euro!!!in più con una scusa ci hanno fatto pagare il prezzo completo anche se l'anticipo era stato versato su internet alla prenotazione ma hanno preteso il prezzo pieno quindi 9 euro in più di quanto pattuito!!!IO NON CI TORNO PIù DI SICURO!!!

Não e nada o que aparece no site, a pessoa reponsavel nao sabe tratar as pessoas, o lugar e sujo, os edredons e de pena de galinha, 1 unico banheiro, e o reponsavel entra no quarto a cada minuto sem autorizacao, no fds que ficamos la ate celular sumiu. Pessimo n indico...

The hotel is very hard to find and once inside it is very dark an looks like a haunted house. The 'owner' is a confused and dirty man, with a jogging suit and a half naked belly. When we were talking with him, he was panting. We have left, in search of another hostel.

Great value for money, cheap and close to the train station, public transport and most attractions. Very nice rooms, clean and fresh. We had a room facing the yard so it was quiet at night. Only common area is the kitchen, but you're not in Rome to hang in your B&B anyway. Internet wasn't working :( Our hosts helped us with all we needed, including waking up at 4am to call a cab for us! They're really nice!

Die Sauberkeit hat hier nicht oberste Priorität, vor allem das Badezimmer. Tipp: Flip Flops oder Badesandalen.
Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich und die Lage ist auch sehr gut.

Es un lugar para alojarse lo suficientemente aceptable de lo que cabe esperar por ese precio. Está limpio, bien comunicado y la gente es agradable. Si tuviese que volver a Roma, seguramente repetiría con el MammaMia :)

A localização é excelente, cerca de 10min a pé até ao coliseu, e o proprietário é simpático e atencioso (e é brasileiro, o que facilitou o dialogo). A única grande reclamação era em relação à limpeza, a colcha da cama estava cheia de manchas!

We only used the place for sleeping (went to the city all day).For that MammaMia was excellent! Friendly, helpfull staff. Nice, wellequiped rooms. Hot water. We strongly reccommend the place! A bit noisy (through the walls). A little hard to find the place when we arrived - just a very tiny sign at the door.

Room was ok - clean, enough space, small bath with a shower, tv and refrigerator. Despite the concierge looked a little bit freaky the staff was kind and trustworthy. The location is close to the colosseum (10 minutes walking distance) and to the next metro station (2 minutes). Good value for money ration.

As for the position, the Mamma mia B&B is 10 minutes for the Colosseum, 1 minute for the metro station and 15 minutes for the train station and that is pretty good.
The receptionist was a very helpful person and he helped us with maps and directions.
The atmosphere wasn't very nice because the Mamma mia B&B looks like a house with rooms and not with hotel or hostel.
The hotel doesn't have a heating system or central heating so it was cold..
If you want a night life, pubs,clubs restaurants and so on the better place that you live in trastevere. From Mamma mia B&B to Trastevere goes only taxi at night and it costs 10-15 Euro.

A great place to stay. Clean, cheap, close to the center... Much better than I could have imagined. I strongly encourage to book this place, which looks like a 4 stars hotel.

The place is nice, clean and not far from Termini station and some of the sights of Rome as Roman forums and Colosseo. The staff is friendly too. I would stay there again.

Il posto è situato in una posizione molto comoda alla metro A (Manzoni o Vittorio Emanuele) e al centro anche se un po' rumorosa. Lo staff è disponibile e cortese e la pulizia è soddisfacente. Se volete soggiornare bene e spendere poco andateci!

Like a 4 star's hotel. This hotel is more like hotel. Very beautiful with all you need. The room was big and like in hotel. If you are looking for hostel,this is hotel, but price wasn't hotel's price. Near everything, little noisy, because the street with traffic.

La habitación doble es muy linda, pero en cinco días que estuvimos no la limpiarón nunca. Si te gusta salir mucho de noche esta alejado de movida nocturna de Roma.

this hostels has the worst service ever. actually we ordered a 2 bed-private room because I'm pregnant. but when we arrived there the ministery was closing the whole hostel for a disinfection(!) as we were told. we were sent to another hostel (bad also), in which we get neither the same service nor price.

Cons: our booking messed-up althought was confirmed telephonically 2 weeks prior. One toilet/shower for +- 20 people! Cannot recommend due to very long lines for bathroom (wait time +-45-60min) and very noisy cramped quarters.

Il b&b è pulito e tranquillo, la colazione "casalinga", senza pretese ma accettabile; il personale è un po' particolare, sicuramente da come si presenta non ispira molto, ma sono comunque cordiali e disponibili.

sono stata truffata alla grande da questo ostello..la notte prima del mio arrivo,mentre ero in nave sono stata avvisata che per un fantomatico tubo rotto l'ostello doveva esser chiuso per tre giorni e io ed altre 4 ragazze avremmo dovuto passar la notte in un campeggio sull'Aurelia.Il mio inc***o ha fatto si che venissimo dirottate in via Nazionale in un posto squallido come pochi ne sono rimasti al mondo.Assolutamente evitare alla grande..solo in Italia mi è capitata una cosa del genere...italiani truffati dagli stessi italiani.........memorizzate il recapito telefonico perchè altri ostelli fanno parte della stessa catena di truffe...
