The room is clean and cozy. Bathroom is always clean as well. Breakfast was simple but enough. Nothing to complain about. Our hostess was really friendly and helpful

The location was excellent, it's a 1 minute walk from the Termini station.
When we arrived, there was nobody present. And it really wasn't clear where we had to go. After calling the woman (don't know her name) she came down but it was obvious she drank a little too much. She also didn't speak a word English.
The bathroom was clean though, and we got new towels every two days.
The streets aren't too noisy as well. I would recommend ear plugs though, because there's a dorm room, and if you're unlucky with the people who are staying there, they will keep you awake after midnight.
The breakfast really was poor. We bought some pastries in a supermarket because we were so hungry.
We chose this b&b because the station was so close and it had airco. But if you want something more, I would recommend to spend more money.

Una camera veramente pulita ed ordinata.dotata di ogni confort.siamo stati accolti da una signora gentilissima e disponibile che ci ha fatto trovare la colazione tutte le mattine e la stanza sempre pulita ed ordinata.un ringraziamento di cuore a questa signora

A little difficult to find (no sign, look for the name of the hotel on the building buzzer) the room is plain but all you need- bed, fridge, aircon and shared bathroom. Not the nicest part of time but close to transport and walking distance to most things. Great value for money.

Hotel bien situé, en faite c'est l'hotel CRISTINA du même propriétaire de TERMINI ACCOMMODATION, un peu plus loin de la gare par rapport à TERMINI ACCOMMODATION, mais plus grand et propre.

La colazione va servita con monodosi sigillate e in contenitori usa e getta. Il bagno troppo piccolo. Basterebbe poco per sistemarlo. Calcare e sporco nei rubinetti. Troppa muffa nella doccia.se la prenotazipne e fatta all interno 9 non si deve andare al 11.!!!

Godny polecenia hostel w centrum miasta, który można nazwać prywatnym apartamentem. Obsługa obecna tylko przy zakwaterowaniu. Codzienne porządki w czasie naszej nieobecności.

La verdad es que estuvo muy bien, muy limpio, bien situado y con desayuno modesto pero algo es algo. Todos los días pasaba la señora del hostal y nos hacía la cama y limpiaba la habitación. Estuvo genial para lo poco que pagamos, además hay agua caliente y todo. Muy recomendable

Malgré le prix très peu élevé de la chambre, je ne recommande pas l'hotel termini house. Il faisait une chaleur étouffante dans la chambre ajoutée à une forte odeur de friture. De plus, la situation de la chambre rendait son aération impossible. A cela s'ajoute le fait que l'un des sommiers des lits était cassé, et l'évier bouché.

Pokój dwuosobowy w dwupokojowym mieszkaniu. Wspólna łazienka, codziennie sprzątana. Bardzo dobre położenie, blisko Termini. W cenie ręcznik i kawa z rogalikiem w pobliskiej kafeterii. Brak kuchni, czajnik w pokoju. No i cena :). Polecam.

un buon compromesso per chi cerca una collocazione comodo con i mezzi. il b&B è piccolissimo ma molto pulito. Lo consiglierei ha chi dispone di poco denaro e lo vuole investire al meglio

The hotel is in the center of Rome, so you reach all sights within minutes, and it´s close to the main station. The rooms are very clean und the service (new towels, etc.) is very good. There is no common room and you get breakfast a bar close to the hotel (included in the prize). But around the hotel there are many small "trattorias" and bars, were you can have great and quite cheap dinner and meet some nice people.
