Gli operatori dell'ostello sono sempre disponibili e cordiali,anche la pulizia delle camere è buona, se mi capiterà l'occasione di dover pernottare ancora a Torino "OPEN11" sarà la mia prima scelta.

La situation géographique de l'auberge laisse à désirer.

L'ambiance n'est pas très développé.

Sinon, propreté et aménagement très bon. Rapport qualité/prix excellent.

is a nice hotel, all was clean, and near from the station, if u have to go to the center of city u can go by bus, all was nice.

Auberge propre, pas loin du centre en bus ou à pieds. Amabilité du personnel très variable en fonction de la personne, mais une auberge moderne, pleine de jeunes sympas et de toute nationalités ! Petit déj (très light) et wifi en supplément en fonction de la chambre choisie (respectivement 2.5 et 1€).

camere comode,pulite,il complesso è ben tenuto, collegamenti cittadini scarsi.

I had a huge problem there...when I arrived they didn't have my booking there and there was no extra beds available...

the receptionist wouldn't let me leave my bags there as I was late for a very important appointment and then come back there afterwards...

in the end he finally found another bed to me and I was free to go to my appointment which i arrived half an hour late because of this incident...

in the end it turned ok...

The place was cozy and clean! As it was my first time in Italy, finding the place wasn't that easy, but still it wasn't too bad. The local people rarely spoke English but were very nice, and thanks to them, I could find the hostel without a big problem. I would recommend this place for sure!:)

The wifi was not free, and you could only use it in the lobby area because the signal was not strong enough to use in your own room. There was only one bathroom for a 4 person room. You couldn't lock any of your belongings in a anything. The hostel is kind of in a shady part of the city. One night while sleeping I heard someone break into a car outside. The staff was conserved, polite but not friendly. Overall, it was a pretty depressing hostel.

Well, the hostel itself was not bad, but the location is a bit scary, mostly if you arrive during the night. It's also far from the city center.

ホステルというよりかは、何かレクチャーや会議が行われる施設にホステルが付随したようなホステル。

部屋自体はとても綺麗でした。よくよくみると埃が積ってたりするけど、ホステルとしてはかなり綺麗なほうです。

トリノ駅から20分ほどバスで掛かりますが、バスの乗り方も簡単なのでそんなに困りません。

ホステルの部屋の鍵の使い方が分からなくて、30分ほど苦戦しました。

about 10 minutes work from the hostel, there is a very nice pizzeria named "Onorato" which is popular among local family.

It's a nice and clean hostel to stay in. With the bus, it's only ten minutes to the centre. There are not to many things to eat in the area so you have to eat in town. There is a big supermarket, only ten minutes by feet. I liked it!

Accueil très chaleureux, chambres propres et agréables. Le petit déjeuner en revanche est trop léger.

The staff were the most unfriendly people I met during my 2 weeks travel in Italy.

The computer was broken, so if you didn't bring your own laptop, which backpackers normally don't, then you could not use the internet. It is very far out in a part of town that I would have chosen not to see, if I knew that before.

But it was clean and quiet, at least.

Large rooms with only 4 beds (no bunkbeds) for the girls dorms. Convenient bathroom/shower in room. Quiet. Sunny. Hotel staff and facilities seem more of a 2-star hotel than a youth hostel. Very professional.

Breakfast not included in my reservation but there was 3 cafes around the corner.

Great for a group which also needs meeting space.

Easy to get to with bus 11, 10, stop "Chiesa Salute"

L'intera struttura è nuova e ben tenuta, le stanze sono spaziose e ben arredate, il bagno è pulito e dotato di bidet (cosa fondamentale!). E' la zona il punto debole di questo ostello: ci voglio 40' 50' per arrivare in centro, e di sera il quartiere è poco raccomandabile.

Très bonne auberge, très fonctionnelle. Pas loin du centre ville si vous empruntez les bus. Je le conseille vivement pour les séjours de courtes durée.

L'ho scelto per necessità, non avrei mai pernottato in un ostello senza cucina: anche il peggiore degli ostelli ha almeno un fornello o un microoonde. Distante dal centro ma ben collegato coi mezzi, anche di notte. Posto pulito e tranquillo.

Un po' fuori mano e i lavori su corso Venezia non ne facilitano il raggiungimento.

Trés bon accueil par le personnel, locaux trés agréable mais le manque de monde (peut être lié à la date de notre séjour-fin octobre)faisait que l'ambiance était assez froide (couloirs, salle de restaurant, bar...VIDES)De plus quartier peu agréable.

Ben collegato con l'aereoporto e con il centro città. Unica pecca, colazione ai minimi termini. Voto complessivo 8

Nice hostel but poor position and pretty empty

I was very impressed with the hostel, the friendly, helpful staff, The breakfast/snack area, the garden, the foyer the lifts, but most of all the rooms, We had a very spacious room for four ladies, with a partition separating twin beds, huge windows, very airy, wardrobes, drawers, overhead cupboards with space for books, lockers, table with four chairs, ensuite bathroom including shower, bidet and wc. Very thoughtfully organised. Main light and lights overhead for reading, privacy within each reach from bed. Socket to recharge mobile phones, laptops etc., A internet area downstairs and a diningroom, where one can buy meals. I would definitely give this hostel a 10/10 rating. It was more like a hotel with a fabulous price tag. Easy access to Dora railwaystation where you can catch the Doraflyer (bus) to Porta Susa Station. A wonderful experience altogether but don't forget to bring a towel and toiletries to avail of washing facilities. Hairdryer also in bathroom. It far exceeds any hostel I have been in in Europe. Highly recommended!!!!

A very very good and clean Hostel. By bus 15 minutes, not a big problem, because there will go many buses in an hour. In one word a 'great' Hostel!

El wifi es pago y muy caro. En la oferta figura que tiene wifi pero no dice que se paga a parte y es bastante caro. Deberia decir que lo cobran en los servicios que ofrecen. La ubicacion es mala pero el hostel esta bueno en general
