Ostello in posizione eccellente. la struttura è un pò trasandata, le cucine non sono il massimo, nei bagni manca il sapone e i tappetini per la doccia. è un ostello, va bene anche così

Esta en un buen sitio, pero creo que tiene algunas falencias de organización, cuando llegue me querían ubicar en tres diferentes habitaciones porque Ámber estaba un poco perdido, al final me acomodaron con dos amigas en una habitación que parece que no estaba contemplada en las posibilidades, después de eso fue bien, el señor italiano muy amable, gracias por todo y espero que puedan manejar bien la gestión de las habitaciones, ya que tienen un sitio con potencial y en una buena zona

El hostel estaba muy bien ubicado. Habían muchos comercios y restaurantes cerca y era una linda zona para pasear de noche. El personal súper cálido, nos recibieron muy bien. Recomiendo este hostel!

Unfortunately I was double charged for the night, the girl told me that the credit was rejected and I paid in cash, but now I have also the charge in my card, I sent an email to AI Boteri email and no one has replied.

Ich habe schon in wirklich vielen Ländern schon gelebt und noch mehr bereist. Dieses Hostel sollte sich schämen sich "Hostel" zu nennen. Es ist gesundheitsschädlich sich dort aufzuhalten: Ungeziefer, Gestank und Nässe sind nur wenige Punkte die ich hervorheben kann bei begrenzter Wortwahl!

All in all a very "rustic" stay.

Hey, die Lage des Ai Boteri ist super. Die Person, die uns begrüßte war sehr nett. Die Küche ist mit kaum Kochgeschirr und einer grundsätzlichen Schmutzigkeit nicht gut nutzbar. Der Zimmerpreis ist so hoch wie ein gehobenes Hotel in Deutschland und damit wirklich zu hoch. Auch wenn Venedig eben teuer ist: passt die Preise eurem Standard an, oder euren Standard an eure Preise.

Die Zeit in Venedig war wirklich schön, sich in dem kargen Zimmer aufzuhalten... naja.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. War wirklich eine super tolle Zeit und die Lage ist perfekt. Zudem wurde täglich geputzt und alles war sehr sauber. Perfekt war es noch weil es nicht zu teuer war :)

Pas de garde robe. 1 mini savon pour 3 personnes pour 2 nuits. Cuisine très très sale. ABOMINABLE. chambre vétuste et dégradée

L'unica cosa che ha di buono è la posizione, per il resto è sporco e vecchio. La cucina impraticabile, bagni vergognosi. Diciamo che almeno le lenzuola sembrano pulite.

Ai Boteri was a pretty good hostel, if a little bit expensive. We were in Venice for only one night, and so the price was okay for that. Our biggest issue was that we couldn't check in until 2pm, so we were stuck carrying our bags around from 10am until 2. I think that it could help if they permitted people to drop their bags off.

Horrible.. they just take the profit they can...

We can’t Waite to retun to Venice , and this is our third time at Ai Boteri , very cental and very good prices and all that in the middle of the action thank you guys

We Where very happy with Our stay in this property, the owner is very nice and answered all our questions very easily our room was clean and has all what we need can’t beat the location of this hostel

We loved our stay in a Very central Area of the city with all shopd restaurants bars...all action is around.

Central and clean hostel, i would love to stay more time

It is a very nice place to stay for its rare, specially its location.

El hostal está muy bien de ubicación sin embargo, no cumple con ninguno de los servicios ofrecidos. En primer lugar, no funcionaba la calefacción en pleno febrero, incluso hacía más frío dentro del hostal que en la calle. Además nos dijeron que nos traerían mantas y que arreglarían la calefacción pero no hicieron ninguna de las dos cosas y desaparecieron de recepción por lo que no nos pudimos quejar a nadie. En segundo lugar, el termo estaba roto y no teníamos agua caliente y por lo general todo estaba bastante sucio. El precio ha sido más elevado de lo estipulado. Para rematar, el WiFi tampoco funcionaba y la litera casi se nos cae encima.

Auberge de jeunesse pas chère et très bien placé. La douche et toilette commune était très salle. Je ne pense pas que le ménage soit fait tout les jours. Odeur désagréable de renfermé dans la chambre et couloir. Pas de wifi et pas de réseau dans la chambre. Une nuit le chauffage a été coupé dans notre chambre (en plein mois de janvier????).

Point positif : le chat de l’auberge est très mignon

They wanted to make me pay 5 euros /day city tax, while the current rate is 1.4 euros / day (I negotiated to paid 2.5 euros /day, which is more than current price).

On their website is written that you have free towels in private rooms, but they wanted to make me pay (which I refused to pay).

The person at desk was not there when I arrived at 22:30 although I had communicated through email my arrival time and I had to wait for them.

The first night the heating system was turned off and it was cold. There was no toilet paper in the restroom and the WC was clogged (which they repaired the following day). The extra blanket in the bedroom was dirty.

Almost 20 minutes for the check-in. The guy didn’t believe on my reservation that included private dathroom even if I had with me the official email from the website. He tried to sell me another room with another price saying that he didn't have any other room available. At the end, I’ve asked to call the owner and, voila! The room appears. dirty room and no wi-fi available.

We where there in the law season however we’ve mat a lot of great people, the location can’t be better minute from Rialto Bridge and San Mark square very raccomanded

La cocina era muy sucia, no había detergente y pocos utensilios.

Cuando llegamos a la pieza, éramos dos personas en una pieza de cuatro. Las otras dos camas estaban deshechas y no había nadie. Y además me picaron las pulgas.

Zimmer war teuer als 110 Euro per Nacht und Bad Ausstattung sehr veraltet. Gitter im Duschabfluss mit verrosteten Draht befestigt den man sich Eintritt beim Duschen. Zimmer, Möbel und Größe waren OK.

L'unico aspetto positivo ci è sembrato la perfetta location in città. La struttura è vecchia ma tipica di Venezia, il bagno (comune) è stato sporco per due giorni e con il cestino sempre pieno, la stanza decente ma con nessun isolamento sonoro: abbiamo sentito di notte tutte le volte in cui qualcuno suonava al citofono e la mattina tutti i rumori delle stanze vicine, comprese le chiassose signore delle pulizie.

C'è molto da migliorare.

In the very heart of the City center minutes away from Rialto Bridge and San Marco square full of shops in the area the room was clean very historic ambiance they could do more attention on the cleaning but generally was very good

Che vergogna siamo in Italia è alla reception hanno una ragazzo che non parla neanche una parola d’italiano!! Mi domando se è legale?? Mi domando come lo accetta il titolare??

Posizione eccellente stanza essenziale quasi spartana ma pulita, silenziosa e con un materasso comodissimo personale gentile e disponibile . Consigliato se il badget è limitato. Prezzo ottimo se si considera la media degli alloggi veneziani.

THE worst hostel I've ever been for sure!Be careful Ai Botteri and Backpackers hostels it's in the same thing-"hostel", in the same building with the same stuff-reception!

The reception is not 24 7!

There were no lockers in the room that I have been!

Air condition is only in some rooms!

Bad cleanliness!

Αnd....Although there were no signs about the hours that the outdoor public terace could be used they forced me with a military way at 10:00 to leave the place because the owner wanted to sleep and not make noise although it was only me and just having a cigarette and no noise at all!!!

Pay a little more and get yourself a desent hostel in Venice!

Nice and clean hostel in a beautiful building, perfect location. Quite clean and nice friendly staff, a bit of miscommunication when i arrived but everything was solved immediately. Highly recommended

first thought mosquitoes, bed bugs are worse.

Prima di arrivare avevo letto recensioni non molto positive, ma sono stata contenta di potermi ricredere. Ho apprezzato molto il tempo speso in Ai Boteri. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

El colmo de la decepción, un 0.

Hemos tenido que abandonar mi pareja y yo la habitación. Habitación sucia y temperatura de 40 grados. Me han cobrado 42,8 euros, sin devolución y no me han facilitado la hoja de reclamaciones.

I mostly did not like the rooms because of windows. it was impossible to breathe for me. There was not open window. And the most important thing for me is kitchen in the hostel. But there was not even tea pot,and it was not clean. There were not plugs around by bed so I could not charge my phone as well. One plug was away from my bed. I could not say staff was friendly but it was okay. This hostel was okay but not good.

Tolle Lage, nur kurzer Fussweg zu San Marco und noch viel kürzer zur Vaporetto Station Rialto Mercato. Nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, Gemeinschaftsräume wie Bad und WC und kl. Küche bedürfen Erneuerung!
