Oasis Venice is located in the Dorsoduro neighborhood. We are a 3 minute walk from Campo Santa Margherita and to the most important sites of Venice including the waterbuses, gondolas, and water taxis.

Oasis Venice is an indipendent house with private entrance, private garden with a nice relaxed atmosphere.
The house has 1 mixed room and 2 double bedrooms some with private bathrooms & Jacuzzi. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, We also have multilingual staff, that will ensure a fascinating stay in Venice!

We require payment in cash upon arrival. Please note, after check-in, there is no refund under any circumstances. Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Deposits paid are non refundable.

Your arrival time must be between 9:00 am and midnight.
We don't have a 24 hour reception, so you must notify us if your plans change either by phone or email! After a delay of 3 hours on the estimated arrival time the booking will be considered as cancelled and the deposit lost.
Lock out is from 10:00am – 2pm for cleaning.
Linen is available on request, so remember to bring sheets or a sleeping bag.
Pillows and blankets are provided to all the guests.

THE AMOUNT IS OF 3 EURO PER PERSONS PER DAY.
