I had cancelled my reservation months in advance and the hotel billed me in full on the last day of the booking, and won't answer my email for refund.

very noise place for few days is ok but longer could be hard for a rest.

Great clean and friendly

Sognare a Venezia si può, ma sicuramente questo non è il posto adatto, almeno che non si voglia sognare ad occhi aperti. L'ubicazione, strategica per visitare il centro, haime' non è l'ideale per riposare durante la notte per via del continuo andirivieni di persone che attraversano la strada sottostante. Per il resto è passabile.

Hay que subir andando hasta las habitaciones.Desayuno solo café y un croasant.

Kiváló választás volt. Közel van a vasúti és az autóbuszpályaudvar, valamint a kikötő. Ezek fontos szempontok voltak, mivel tengeri hajóútra indultunk egy napos velencei tartózkodás után. A szállás, a személyzet nagyon toleráns, túristabarát volt. Ajánlom bárkinek!

posizione eccellente.a due passi dalla stazione e dal vaporetto.in pochi minuti si raggiungono a piedi punti nevralgici.lo consigliamo a tutto spiano!!!! un consiglio x dove non andare assolutamente a mangiare...non andate al paradiso perduto..gettonatissimo ma personale scortese...con i turisti ci marciano da morire...dimezzano le porzioni trovando la scusa di aver terminato i piatti...100 euro letteralmente buttati!!!!!

Posizione strategica, ma dopo una giornata a spasso per Venezia è quasi impossibile riuscire a dormire per i rumori dei passanti sotto la finestra anche in piena notte, e la colazione... Da non considerare!

Presenti solo asciugamani per doccia che tra l'altro non venivano neanche cambiati giorno per giorno. Colazione misera e con prodotti di scarsa qualità.

El lugar es muy limpio y bastante espacioso. El baño es muy cómodo y limpio. Hay aire acondicionado entonces el cuarto es cómodo y fresco. Es bastante cerca de la estación del tren, los restaurantes y las tiendas. De allí se puede caminar a otros puntos de interés.

Very well situated, but very busy and noisy street, and just under the rooms, there is a gelateria broadcasting some strong music till late in the evening... Difficult to sleep...

we had a great time there. very friendly. very clean. very good place to stay. we will come again ;-)

Un alojamiento sin grandes lujos, desayuno en la propia habitación con bollería envasada, pero muy limpio y bien situado.

Excellent place. Clean, very cozy, great location (few min. from all the tourist spots). Small, but nice breakfast in the room. And the price is surprisingly small if compare with similar places.

A very fine hostel on an excellent location near Train-station Santa Lucia. Very warm and attentive owners, afordable prices and nicely decorated. Some small remarks: Although called 'B&B', breakfast is not really there. Some long-conservation sweet rolls, 'juice' and cakes are there plus a coffeemaker and a fridge. Better have breakfast at one of the pubs downstairs.

Nights can be noisy either from outside or from the loud airco inside.

Muy buena ubicación cerca de la estación de trenes y de autobuses. Habitación y baño limpios. Personal correcto. Mucho ruido, debido a que está en una calle céntrica . En cuanto al desayuno, muy limitado.

Good Position, but noise at night.

It was great until the electrical problem and we were transferred to another hotel with far below what we were getting and no refund. Its not the money issue. New place have no breakfast, no hair dryer, not even tv and we were told that they will lock the door at 1am.

Our room got problem with the power but funny part is, we saw new guest in our room the next day... I wonder why.

Uma única observação: não havia ninguém que falasse italiano, inglês ou espanhol para nos receber quando chegamos ao hostel. Havia somente um casal de chineses, eu suponho, e a comunicação inicial foi um pouco complicada. Porém, superada a dificuldade inicial tudo correu muito bem.

We're very happy with this place. Everything was good as it could be. Except for air-contioner, that it's not work enough. Becasue the time that we're there It's about 32°C at night in Venise.

A pesar de que por fuera no parece gran cosa como todas las casas de Venecia.Esta renovado por dentro y la habitación esta nueva y muy bien cuidada. Situado en una zona inmejorable, cerca de la estación de Santa Lucia y de la mayoría de las lineas de Vaporeto.

Good location… clean and comfortable room and bathroom…very limited breakfast…poor welcome and working time of the reception desk but staff are friendly…

A really nice and clean hostel close to the station of Santa Lucia with a quite new bathroom, air-condition and nice furniture. The hostel is sited in a quite crowded street, but that's ok, it's not too loud during the night. The only bad thing to write about is the "breakfast" (dry cookies from a supermarket and a coffeemaker -> Italians would never drink that stuff!!!). Better go to one of the small cafés and do it like the Italian people: drink a cappuccino or espresso and eat a small sandwich, that's quite cheap and earns the name "breakfast".

Ótimo lugar para ficar com família. Tranquilo, bem localizado, limpo... voltaria com certeza!

Our room was very nice, the air conditioning is really great during the heat of the summer and the location was perfect, no need to drag the suitcases over the bridges since it's in the same island with St. Lucia train station. Just to let you know though that the entrance is a narrow stairs, not so perfect for heavy luggage, but apart from that, it's perfect :)

Everything is OK, very nice place, clean and so on. My room was nr.1 that was quite noisy, because windows are on street and wifi was quite bad,but all other was perfect!!!

Lage und Sauberkeit sind toll, jedoch durch die sehr zentrale Lage, ist das Zimmer bei geöffneten Fenster sehr laut,Kaffee mussten wir uns im Zimmer selber machen,und dazu gabs eingepacktes Gebäck, kein richtiger Tisch zum Frühstücken :(

El Sr. Pietro es el dueño del hostel, Es muy amable y servicial. Las habitaciones son iguales que en las fotos. Muy limpias y acogedoras.

Recomendado por una pareja de Barcelona.

Calidad y precio son muy buenos. Tienes muchos servicios cerca.Vaporeto a 50 MTs.

O B&B tem uma ótima localização.. próximo a estação de trem, ponto do vaporetto e ponte de acesso ao outro lado do canal. O quarto é limpo e confortável. O atendimento é assertivo. O café da manhã é no próprio quarto.. tem uma cafeteira com os ingredientes, sucos, leite, croassant e um bolinho, tudo é resposto todos os dias. Dificuldae inicial para encontrar pois é uma porta com um papel colado.

io e mia figlia ci siammo trovate prorio bene; l'unico "neo" il rumore alla sera e al mattino presto sulla trafficata via di passaggio, ma sicuramente lo consiglio e ci ritornerei volentieri. Buono il rappaorto qualità/prezzo.

Die Unterkunft ist echt zu empfehlen. Tolle Lage, großes Zimmer! Einziger Nachteile: es ist laut.

이동하기 쉬은 곳에 위치하고 있어서 괜찮았던거 같아요 아침이 될만 빵과 음료가 있어 괜찮았어요.다만 이탈리아 숙소들은 작은 문에 이름명패가 달려있어서 찾기가 어려웠으며, 벨을 눌어야 하는 것을 몰랐던 저로서는 참으로 숙소 찾기가 어려웠던거 같아요. 또한 현금 결재밖에 안되는 점 아쉬웠어요

Très propre, très bien situé (non loin des points historiques importants, tout en étant un peu reculé des grandes foules). Nous n'avons vu les propriétaires qu'à notre arrivée mais plus par la suite. Seul bémol : les petits déjeuners en Italie n'ont rien à voir avec ceux que l'on peut trouver en France, par ex. Ici : couques emballées, cakes au chocolat industriels et jus en petit berlingot. Mais c'est comme ça sur toute l'île !

Todo muy limpio y bien ubicado. El dueño muy muy amable, el único fallo su mujer, no fue para nada amable y no quiso que dejáramos las maletas el último día porque no le dio la gana. El resto de personal muy bien... una pena porque solo por este motivo no volveremos.

It is very clean and the furniture is nice and new. It is a bit noisy during the night but the location is excelent, really close to the train and bus station, what helps a lot as carrying heavy luggage over all bridges of Venezia is not practical at all. The price was the lowest I could find but the B&B is much better than others I've stayed in Venezia.

Clean, nice room, with nice new bathroom. Very well situated, only a 10 minutes walk from the train- and busstation and near to San Marco/Rialto. But breakfast was VERY BAD, in the room and not fresh. Better change into a Bed in stead of Bed & Breakfast. A lot of noise from the street, but that's Venice ..

Excelente albergue. São quartos em apto. Ótimo atendimento, quarto muito agradável, confortável e com ótima estrutura. Café da manhã disponivel no quarto. Adorei.

The room was beautiful, we had a view on the small square, bathroom was modern and clean. Breakfast was not what I expected for that price- we had some sweet cookies (from the supermarket) on a table in our room, and we had to make coffee(turkish) and tea by ourselves...but the owner was nice and friendly and we enjoyed Venice very much.
