K's House Ito Onsen is truly authentic 'Onsen Ryokan style' hostel.
The historical old building with communal and private onsen(natural hot springs) bath is registered as a registered cultural property of Japan, located in Ito city , Izu peninsula.

We wish to offer you an authentic Japanese style stay with inexpensive affordable price.

**Our check in time is 15:00-21:00
Our recepcion is closed at 21:00.
Please try to come before 21:00 to check in.
After check in, you can go out anytime.(No curfew)

If you are coming before the check in time, you can leave luggage.

**Cancel policy
We require 48 hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival,
otherwise we will charge you cancellation fee as below.

* 30% of your first night will be charged if you do not notify us
about your cancellation by 21:00pm 2days before from your scheduled arrival.

* 50% of your first night will be charged if you do not notify us
about your cancellation by 21:00pm on the day before from your scheduled arrival.

* 100% of your first night will be charged if you do not notify us by 11:00am
on the day or No Show on your scheduled arrival.
