From Shinjuku
By Bus

Take the ChuoHighway Bus (reservations: 03-5376-2222)　to Fujiyoshida. During the Spring, summer (climbing season July 1- August 27) and autumn there are Fujikyu Buses from Kawaguchiko Stn. to the 5th Station of Mt. Fuji. From Mt. Fuji station it is a 15 minute walk or a 760 yen Taxi ride to Mt. Fuji Hostel Michael's.

By Train
Take the JR Chuo Line and go west to Otsuki Stn. Japan Rail Information can be found here In Otsuki, transfer to the Fujikyu Line. The Fujikyu Line runs to Mt. Fuji and Gekkoji Stations. During the Spring, summer (climbing season July 1- August 27) and autumn there are Fujikyu Buses from Mt. Fuji Station to the 5th Station of Mt. Fuji. From Mt. By Train

From Gekkoji station it is a 3 to 5 minute walk stright down the road to Mt. Fuji Hostel Michael's.

By Car
Take the Chuo Expressway. At the Otsuki Interchange, head toward the Kawaguchiko Interchange. This interchange is conveniently located on Rt. 139 near Fujikyu Highland Amusement Park. Turn left after the toll booth on to R139 and then turn left at the McDonald's. Check the map below to locate Mt. Fuji Hostel Michael's about 5 minute drive from the McDonald's

100% of the balance due of your first night will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation by 2 days before your scheduled arrival date or you are a No Show on your scheduled arrival date.
