We have three spotlessly clean, bright and spacious dorms and a double room. All with AC. There is a 6 bed en-suite mixed dorm with a shared bathroom and a lovely spacious 6 bed mixed en-suite. We also have a beautiful girls only luxury en-suite dorm which includes a hair dryer and complementarity cotton buds and cotton pads to give the 'own bedroom' feel.

We do different delicious dinners every night for less than a fiver and a BBQ on Sundays. There is an indoor and an outdoor guest kitchen with a BBQ area and a outside dining area. There is a lovely shaded chill out area with hammocks and cushions to relax in the day or in the candle lit night. We also have an indoor living room with a TV and DVD if you just want to relax and watch a film.There is WIFI in all rooms and free limited bike hire for those who want to go out and explore. We also have a laundry service and towel hire. In Casa del Shiva we try to offer all of the home comforts with lots of common space to meet fellow travellers.

Want to feel the real Mexico?? Casa del Shiva is situated in a local area just outside of the mayhem of the centre and the stunning Caribbean beach which is easily reached by one straight road and about 10 mins away on a bike or a bus. and should cost around 5 pesos. A taxi should be around 25 pesos. The area around the hostel has lots of local restaurants,a supermarket and a shopping mall near by. There is a local restaurant behind the hostel which has live shows and music in the evenings
