Riad Hannaoui is a traditional family home in the Moroccan city of Moulay Idriss Zerhoun.
The HANNAOUI family is well known in the holy city of Moulay Idriss Sherifian by its roots to the patron saint of the city Moulay Idriss 1st, the hospitality and generosity of its members, especially the current leader Haj Moulay family and his wife T'Hami Ftem Lalla. This is a typical Moroccan family of eight children: five girls and three boys. Currently, only Zakia and both parents live in the house.
Zakia HANNAOUI the youngest, is manager of the guesthouse, she has a university Law Degree and a Diploma in Management. She was the pioneer in the city to design and open a guest house.

The mixture of the culinary traditions of Berber, Arabic and even Andalusian traditional Moroccan cuisine has created what is considered, one of the tastiest and finest flavours in North Africa.
Certainly you can find, from north to south, 'classics' such as tajine, pastilla, couscous. There are many other dishes often known only Moroccans but equally delicious.
