Constrction work on a new room across the hallway. Starter loudly at 7 am. Not a nice stay :( and no help or discount from the staff.

Cheap accommodation 2 metro stops from Oslo center. Modest room with 2 beds. Clean but bedding was very much used and with lots of stains on it. The worst thing was bathroom, very simple, but shower was without pool so water was running on all floor. Only 1 toilet paper for room – not enough for 6 people!

Breakfast was not included – paid extra 99 NOK.

Kitchen needs renovation, used pots, no cutlery.

There was a bad smell at the apartment and shower curtain was dirty

Synd att de bara pratade engelska. All personal var trevlig förutom att en boss kom vid frukosten och körde och styrde med personalen! Lite otrevligt faktiskt! Allt sköttes bra utan honom!

Хостел очень понравился. Отличная кухня, кровати. Хороший душ. Если бы ещё обеденный стол в номер 151-А поставить. ))) Мне очень понравилось.

Cosy - Convenient - Clean!

Un hotel davvero pulito. Non vicinissimo al centro ma a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dalla via principale da cui partono tutti gli intrattenimenti della città. Nel complesso sono stato bene. Acqua calda, lenzuola pulitissime e bianche e bagno pulito. Cosa chiedere di più per un Hostello?!

My experience with this hotel was TERRIBLE.

We arrieve to the hostel and we have to wait 20 min till the receptionist could find our booking...the room was not clean, they charge u the shits and the kitchen is a lie cause u have to paid for the kitchenware as well, they chsrge u EVERYTHING. No security at all..the first night we arrive someone stole my big backpack from my room...so i ended up with No clothes at all....and lost everfything ive got. The people from the hotel didnt do anything at the moment we told them what happened, and treat us really disrespecful. They didnt care at all tHat someone just broke in their hotel, and they gave us really lame excuses about the situation blaming Us that we didnt took care of our stuff.....the next morning they made us wait for a supposed "manager" and we never knew who he/she was. Dont recomend thisnplace at all. !! DONT STAY HERE.

L'appartamento è fantastico, pulito, spazioso e nuovo. Posizione perfetta, a 100 metri dalla stazione da cui passano tutte le metro. Attenzione che qualunque facility (pentole, piatti, ecc.) si paga, e anche caro, quindi se volete rispiarmare portateveli da casa!!

hotel terrificante, c'era la cucina in camera ma neanche il tavolo per sederti e il frigorifero,, sporchissimo, c'erano i lavori in corso in tutto l'hotel quindi si camminava nei corridoi scavalcando i cavi. si paga tutto! asciugamani, lenzuola (obbligatorie 7 euro), pentole e padelle, l'acqua 5 euro 50cl. Sconsigliatissimo in 40 viaggi il peggior hotel in assoluto

The linen are not included in the original price but at the check-in it's mandatory to pay them. They should already be in the original price.

unfriendly staff who dont speak a word norwegian, everything we expected wasnt available or just for extra charge (internet, kitchen equipment)although we booked a double-bed room we got bunk beds and when we asked friendly for the possiblity of change we were treated unfriendly by the staff (until one higher positioned person helped us out).

not recommended and we are not coming back (we found a 3star hotel with breakfast&everything else included for the same price just down the road. so think about your attitude!)

Unter weitere Informationen des Hostels war nicht erlesbar,dass die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche nur mit Aufpreis zu bekommen sind.

整體上旅館給人的感覺很舒服，不過可惜房間裡面沒有無線網路，要使用還得出門到大廳，冬天下雪時候就不太方便。不過基本上無論是旅館的位置抑或是人員的服務態度與衛生清潔都相當令人滿意。

Our room was occuped. The staff offer us anothe room (non use kitchen); At the end we have had another room in a partage apart but there was not dishes, glasses, pad, spoons ecc. The apart was not very clean. Very useful position, At the ent not bad

- viel zu kleines Zimmer für 4 Personen. Zum Glück war Person 4 nie anwesend , daher stand man sich nur mit 3 Leuten auf den Füßen

- keine Abtrennung zwischen Schlaf- und Küchenbereich

- Küchenutensilen mussten für 150 NOK am Tag gemietet werden

- keine Lüftung im Bad

- Bettwäsche musste für 50 NOK gemietet werden

=> Fazit: Lage okay, aber viele versteckte Kosten!

Good hostel, but we had some problem with wi-fi connection inside our rooms, we could use it only inside the main building. The TV-set didn't work. When i was booking there was no article about giving deposits in amount of 300 euro during checking-in and also we didn't except it in advance and had a little problem.

L'appartamento che mi è stato assegnato è molto freddo e rumoroso. Le finestre non sono per nulla isolate. Inoltre di notte l'esterno è troppo illuminato e la luce entra nella camera.

The hostel was actually in the hotel and was soooo nice! we felt so spoiled and like princesses to be able to stay in such a wonderful place! Easy to get to even though it is a bit out of town.

The staff were beyond helpful and were super nice! Would reccommend to anyone with a million smiles!

the ktichen is almost empty. only some cups and teaspoons. nothing else and you have to extra if you want to have a pan, knife, ...

towels and bedsheets are extra and mandatory which means 50NOK (~6,50 EUR) extra per person.

Un hotel davvero raffinato, economico ma allo stesso tempo di lusso! Lo consiglio a tutti!

Hostel lag in Nähe T-bahnen und anderen Nahverkehrsmittel. Frühstück für 99NOK war sehr gut, reichhaltig- hervorragend!:) 24h-Rezeption war sehr gut. Zimmer war schön eigerichtet, hatte aber für die Bettenanzahl zu wenig Stühle/Stauraum (Schrank o.ä.). Leider wurde in der Woche wo wir da waren, das Zimmer nicht gereinigt- und bei 4 unterschiedlichen Parteien fällt leider einiges an Schmutz an. Ansonsten sehr gute Atmosphäre. Internetzugang war auch nützlich. Ich kann das OSLO HOSTEL ARParments mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! :)

I found spider web on my bathroom and room. The bathroom haven't key, so it was pretty uncomfortable to use it, due to I was in a dormitory. Most of the time the card-key of the room didn't work. The room doesn't have lockers.

By far the fanciest dorm i have ever stayed at.

I stayed in a room for four people. It was more comfortable than i had expected. Superb clean, there's a refrigerator and sink and cooker inside of the room. There are cupboards but no possiblity to lock them. They ask you to pay 50 extra Krons for sheets and towel. And if you pay by cash you gotta pay a deposit, but if you pay by credit card, you dont have to pay any deposits. The location is close to city center, you can walk( if it's not cold). To sum up, it was okay, i would recommend it to everybody...

At least 20 minutes walking from the city, but 5 minutes from the underground. If you book a bed in an apartment, you will stay in a refurbished room where when you open the room's door you step the street.There you will find everything smelling new and clean, a bathroom, kitchen and a TV! Imagine if someone wants to cook or watchs the TV while you are sleeping! Now the surprises: you need to pay 50 nok if you want bed linen. If you want to cook, sorry! There is a kitchen but no utensils! No knives or forks or glasses! If you want them, you pay for them. No breakfast included.

Gebucht waren 2 zimmer mit je 2 betten, erhalten haben wir ein kleines zimmer mit 4 Betten. kleiner tisch mit nur 3 !! stühlen. Küche ohne jegliches geschirr. dieses musste wie die bettwäsche und handtücher gemietet werden. enttäuschendr!!

Da der var en del skimmelsvamp i lejligheden og dørhåndtaget til badeværelset faldt af hver gang man brugte døren, samt kloaklugt fra badeværelse og mangelfuld rengøring (klisterede gulve, uhumsk køkken og genrelt snavset) kan jeg ikke anbefale andre at bo på Oslo Hostel Apartments i Oslo, Norge.

Las habitaciones son confortables y limpias pero cobran por adicional la ropa de cama. Queda muy cerca de la estación de metro de Toyen.

The hotel (apartments) were nice, clean and its walkable from the city centre BUT when they say kitchen facilities, they really mean you have to pay 150NOK/day to get any equipments or stove. So there's nothing in the room itself, which was rather difficult when we thought we'd be able to cook smt atleast!

the room was really nice, as the whole hostel. it has a bus stop, underground and a shop around, not that close to the city center, but its easy to get there. the only PROBLEM we had there was with the recepcionists, that werent very kind and easily got annoyed with us. that wasnt nice, feeling uncomfortable in your own hostel reception.

Fel att begära extra för lakan, sänglinne. När jag påpekade att vi hade sänglinne med oss, meddelades vi att vi inte fick använda det.

Också fel att ha ett kök helt utan köksgeråd och med kravet att betala extra om man ville anvönda det. Felaktig prissättning, alltså!!

Very nice place, with comfortable rooms and in a good position, by metro two stops from the very centre.

Trevligt hotel. Tyvärr får man gå genom mindre trevliga kvarter innan man kommer fram till hotellet (Jag gick från Sentralstn).

Personalen pratade endast engelska! Lite konstigt när man är i Oslo. F ö var personalen trelig och tillmötesgående. Fint rum!
