About us
Newly built in 2019, Banana Grove Backpackers Inn offers guests the privacy of a hotel room at low hostel prices.
Built entirely of bamboo and locally sourced lumber by husband and wife team Tom & Annie, Banana Grove has native style and charm.
Our private chalets are set in beautiful natural surroundings in a peaceful, convenient location. As well as our on site bar and restaurant, you can choose to cook your own food in our BBQ and picnic areas in the spacious landscaped gardens, with views

Accommodation
We have four private chalets, each with a double bed, fan, mosquito net, side table, power sockets, linen, towel, and balcony seating.
Our shower and toilet facilities are in a separate purpose built block, much like a campsite.

Surroundings
A semi-rural location just 5 minutes from the airport,
5 minutes from Lio Beach with its beachfront bars, restaurants and boutique shops, and 10 minutes to El Nido town with many bars, restauarants, a large public market, shops and supermarkets.
In 30 minutes in each direction are three of Asia's best beaches, Nacpan beach, Duli beach (for surfing), and Maramegmeg beach, also called Las Cabanas beach which has a zipline over the ocean.
