Glad to see you in Location Hostel Ligovskiy, 74 - the only loft hostel in St.Petersburg that is situated in popular modern art space 'Loft Project Etagi'. Find yourself in the atmosphere of art, creativity and freedom!

LOCATION HOSTEL Ligovskiy,74 – this is the only hostel that is situated on the territory of the former bread production plant which has been now transformed into a cultural space. The first experimental example of industrial building transformation into a modern art centre, the Loft Project Etagi just ten minutes walk from Nevsky Prospekt.
Several years ago the cosy hostel appeared among permanently working galleries, exhibition and lecture halls. It was one of the first in Russia – democratic and hospitable home for travelers from every corner of the world.
Each room has it own name connected with the photo collages or remarkable bakery past of our loft hostel, for instance «Biscuit shop» or « Bruce Lee». The objects from exhibition are left in the hall from time to time that is why modern art is everywhere here.
Three separate design rooms of the hostel – this is an interesting model of loft architecture, which constitutes a smart combination of comfortable design in the space with giant windows, antique reconstructed tiles in the lobby and high ceilings of the former bakery.

Hostel Conditions:
We offer cozy mixed dorm rooms for 4,8,10,12 people, twin and doubles of economy class and superb design rooms with private bathroom, TV, DVD, satellite TV.

Cost:
- 12, 10, 8 beds mixed dorm(with window):600 rub
- 4 beds mixed dorm (without window): 500 rub
- standard 4 beds mixed dorm (with window): 600 rub
- 2 beds private (bunk bed /without window): 1100 rub per room
- standard 2 beds private (with window): 1300 rub per room
- standard double bed private (with window): 1300 rub per room
- 2 beds private (with private bathroom, TV, DVD, satelite TV): 2900 rub per room
- double bed private (with private bathroom, TV, DVD, satelite TV): 2900 rub per room

Cost of accommodation includes coffee/tea (during the day), berry cake (in the morning time), towel and linen.
There are all necessary appliances: water cooler, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Wi-fi and guest PCs
Foreign guests are provided with temporary registration. The procedure of registration is obligatory and costs 150 roubles per person. Help with visa suppot if needed)
There is a nice cafe Green Room with a picteresque terrace that is the best place both for eating and meetings)

We work 24 hours 7 days a week.
