Mr. Wu, the owner, used to live in Brazil for 8 years. After Moved back Taiwan, he was looking for a place like Rio for retirement. Sun Moon Lake has the best weather in Taiwan, the temperature is just perfect, plus just right next to the highest mountain, Yuchan National Park. Therefore Mr. Wu found a piece of land for building a dream home. Without any architectural background, Mr. Wu built up his first building within 9 months, step by step, by his own hand. in 2002, Taiwan been through the biggest earthquake ever had before, Luckily Mr.Wu's glasses house safely passed it. No glass was broken. This is how the Secret Garden Villa started. The following 10 years, Mu.Wu built another 4 buildings, each of them just like Mr. Wu's art works, they are completely unique and creative.


We offer one villa for 4 people It calls '1001 nights' , Two guest villas for 2 people ' the Tree House and the Tea House', one guest house for 6 people'Green Light'. Each villa has its own living room and bathroom. The houses also provide air condition,free WIFI, refrigerator,hitting blanket, hair dryer, shampoo, bathtub,towels,toothbrush,toothpaste and thermos bottle.

The first floor of the Glasses house, where the owner lives in,is open lounge to all the lodging guests. All the room rate including free breakfast and laundry. We also offer special 50% of the ferry ticket in Sun Moon Lake.
