• All Cancellations made prior arrival (except during Peak Season and Chinese New Year) forfeit the full amount of one (1) room night.
• All Cancellations made prior arrival during Peak Season (21 December 2009 – 05 January 2010) and Chinese New Year* forfeit the full amount of two (2) room nights.
• All ‘No Shows’ forfeit the full amount of one (1) room night. During (21 December 2009 – 05 January 2010) and Chinese New Year* two (2) room nights will be charged.
*Chinese New Year period falls on different dates each year subject to Chinese calendar.
