Welcome to the property in Kyiv to provide neer to the center of cityold city.
We are only a 15-minute walk from metrostation 'Levoberegnaya' and one metro stop away from Gidropark - Kyiv's entertainment island in the middle of the Dneipr River.

Rusanovka House to be not far from the river Dnepr has a beautiful kind on old Kyiv.

Near Rusanovka House to be large market, pharmacy, post office, exchange office, cafe, restaurant, pizzeria.


We offer three large private rooms in our property which is situated on the 2th floor with a good view of the Rusanovka Canal.

International staff who have a lot of knowledge of the city and speak English, German, Ukrainian and Russian.

Our property is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you plan on arriving late, please let us know in advance so that we can do our best to assist you.
Also, those that are not customers of our property are not permitted in the property at anytime.

We try to maintain a peaceful environment to help all our customers enjoy as relaxing a stay as possible.
