Cancellation Policy and Booking Confirmation
- For the bookings made via other website or travel agencies. You may cancel or amend your booking up to 48 hours before arrival, without cancellation charges. After this time you will be charged for the first night accommodation.
- This policy will not be applied for cancelation or no- show. However, your reply to confirm the booking should be made within 48 hours prior to your arrival time via email, otherwise we will let your name in the waiting list.
