- Internet rates are quoted in US dollars, per night per room and inclusive of breakfast.
- Internet rates are inclusive of 5% service charge, 10% tax, and subject to exchange rate fluctuations without prior notice.
- Check in time: 14:00, Check out time: 12:00 noon.
- After 12:00, late check out charge is 50% room rate. After 18:00, late check out charge is 100% room rate.
- Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or cash at time of booking and non refundable.
- Non-smoking rooms are available on request.
- Any special requests are not guaranteed upon arrival.
- Late check in or Early check out date will incur full period charge.
- A different cancellation policy will be applied for group booking, festival events.

- CREDIT CARD (Visa - Master Card - American Express. - Payments made by Master, Visa is surcharged 3% or Amex is 4%.

** Children and Extra bed policy:
- Maximum of one child less than 11 ages sharing room with their parent in room using existing bed and charged for breakfast only; if more than 2 children, extra bed and breakfast will be charged.

- Older children or adults are charged USD 17 per night per person for extra bed and maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

- Extra bed is not available for Superior 2 single beds and Deluxe 2 single beds.

- Peak season: If cancelled or modified or in case of No-show, the total price of reservation will be charged.

- The other dates: cancellations or changes made after 12:00 AM (SE Asia Daylight Time) 3 days before the date of arrival are subject to a hotel fee equal to 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation.
