Nestled into the hills bordering the Royal National Park, Heart & Soul Retreats offers guests a chance to take a step back from their busy lives and reconnect with themselves amongst the beauty of nature. Enjoy extensive walks in the pristine forest, hike the steep sea cliffs, swim in the local beaches and observe an abundance of native wildlife.

As a long established yoga retreat centre, Heart & Soul offers all-inclusive yoga & wellness getaways all year round. Each retreat experience includes indulgent vegan meals (nourishing your body and soul as according to Ayurvedic teachings), yoga classes, philosophy/health based workshops and kirtans, all of which are optional. They also have a range of accommodation options to suit everyone, from dormitory rooms to queen & twin rooms.

As a yogic community, Heart & Soul is home to a group of lovely yoga teachers. Their individual styles vary, but the overarching theme is one of balance, relaxation and alignment of body, mind and soul. Classes generally cater for beginners, but the teachers can give options for intermediate and advanced students - just approach them before class to let them know.

In addition, they host inspiring health, wellness and philosophy workshops daily. The teachers offer a variety of topics every week - from Tai Chi and Pranayama Breathwork, to Astrology, Mindfulness, Meditation and Life Coaching. Learn new skills, look at life from a different angle and gain a fresh perspective. The Heart & Soul Healing Centre also offers additional services like massage and reiki that can be booked in upon request.

The foundations of Heart & Soul Retreats are built on the Bhakti yoga tradition - the yoga of love and service - which is the essence that runs through everything they do. It is their aim to provide a clear, nurturing and nourishing space for their guests and community, that allows all to come home with a higher level of self-awareness and personal alignment.
