Room was full of ants so we had to change one. New one was okay but there was trash left on the beds. They make you pay for sheets & basically everything. Kitchen was horrible, there was literally nothing and it was really dirty. Seems like no one cared for it.
Staff was nice and helpful, the only positive thing about this hostel.

There was no heating in my room ( 4th level) and there was no spare blanket either so I was cold all night. Temperature was 8 C. There was no cupboard, no shelf, only too hangers hidden behind the mirror.On the other hand, there were two tables. The interiour design of the was much too simple for me. But everything else, except the heating worked, the room was clean.Staff was friendly. Excellent for young people!

I enjoyed the time that we spent in this hostel. Everything was ok. There was no information (when booking)that the parking place is not free. We had to pay 12,50 euro extra for that and it was surprise for us. It should be updated.

The hostel is near subway station. It is convenient. But the dorm is not as clean as there hostel in Prague. It is perhaps because of the old building.

everything was good except that boy wearing specs in the reception. he let others to check in at 1400hr and did not let us to check in until 1500hr. thats bad of him. If it is due to the color difference thats inhuman. please inform him not to do this

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro, autobus, tramwaj. W bliskiej odległości dworzec Wien Westbahnhof, a po 12 min tramwajem - dworzec główny Wien Hauptbahnhof. Spokojnie spacerkiem do Centrum i na Stare Miasto. Blisko znajduje się centrum handlowe. Miła obsługa. Obiekt dość nowoczesny, zadbany. Czysto. Duży pokój - w części hotelowej. Codziennie sprzątane pokoje. Możliwość wykupienia śniadania. Ręczniki od niedawna nie są codziennie wymieniane - jak poinformowano, ze względu na ochronę środowiska, jednak w razie potrzeby zawsze można zejść do recepcji i poprosić bezpłatnie nowy, świeży ręcznik. Możliwość pozostawienia bagażu. Ogólnie super miejsce! POLECAM !!!

Hostel polecam ze względu na miłą obsługę ,czystość. Jedynym mankamentem dla mnie była cena parkingu przy hostelu.

In my opinion it is the cheapest luxlury you can have in Vienna. One night costs 8€, small cup of coffee costs 4€.

Die sind tolle Team und sehr angenehme Zimmer haben sie für multi-kulturelle Gäste. Die Lobby ist auch super und da kann man lesen, im internet surfen, etwas trinken oder Billard und Kicker spielen.

Az ablak nem záródott, szigetelt és mivel a szobák a főutcára néztek alig lehetett a zajtól aludni. A recepciósok mindenre fintorogtak, kelletlenül segítettek, adtak útbaigazítást. Ennek ellenére úgy gondolom, hogy fiatalos szállás, ami közel van a belvároshoz, akár gyalogosan is.

Tolle Unterkunft mit kleinem Zimmer. War aber dennoch aussreichend. Leider konnte bei der Parkmöglichkeit ausserhalb der Stellplätze weiterhelfen. Kurzzeitparkzone... Da kennen sich wohl nicht so viele damit aus... Ansonsten war es ein super Gelungener Aufenthalt!

They should state that if you want to park your car there, you have to pay a fee of 15 euros. And the people that work there should learn some english ....

It's a very kind place. The transportation is good. The staff are helpful. The breakfast was exellent. I recommend everyone. There was one problem only, the elevator wasn't working.

el hostel es limpio comodo, las habitaciones estan bien nuevas, el personal amable, lo unico negativo que esta medio lejos de las cosas de interes tienes que tomar el metro, en realidad se complica de noche cuando este no funciona y si no kieres gastar en taxi tienes que caminar una 1 hora aproximado.

Ottimi posizione, staff, pulizia, prezzo. Un po' rumorosa la camera, se d'estate si tengono aperte le finestre. Evitare la pizza al banco. Consigliabile, comunque, visti i prezzi

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione altresi ottima. L'unica cosa negativa era il check in (alle 15.00) e non lo sapevamo per cui abbiamo dovuto aspettare per 4-5 ore dopo un lunghissimo viaggio in macchina...

Ostello vicinissimo a Westbahnhof, ben collegato al centro e ottimo punto di partenza per lunghe passeggiate. Ambiente colorato, pulito e staff giovane ed ok,che parla tedesco, inglese e spagnolo ( tranne una receptionist che pur essendo disponibile, è lentissima nelle procedure di check-in).Ricordatevi che se prima non pagate non saldate non entrate in camera. Ottima la possibilità di fare colazione sul posto. Ci ritornerei!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war schön, ruhig, sauber und warm. A bessten fand ich das Frühstück.
Die Lage des Hotels ist völlig ok. Immerhin ist ja die U-Bahn nicht weit weg.
Mehr brauche ich gar nicht zu wollen.
Ich würde wieder dort buchen, wenn ich mal wieder nach Wen fahre.

Awful. Staff Ok but the polítics of AO completely appalling. On sunny nights there Was not even a fan. Noisy. Bad position, far from the city centre. Internet service Was appalling. Will never Again book in AO hotel. Not recomendable at all.

Generally, the hostel was very nice. Rooms are very clean, staff are friendly and may be the most important factor is location. the hostel have a nice location to transporting network. It's nearby to U6 subway station - Burggasse Stadthalle. And, connection with city central is only 10-15 minutes.
So the most important problem is there are no kitchen and refrigerator. It causes you always eat and drink outside and you always spend money. I wish there are a kitchen or mini-refrigerator.
Security is high-level. You entry to room with only a card and people who stays other rooms never can entry to the room. Shortly, I can advise th hostel :)

Nous étions 3 et nous avons pu réserver une chambre pour 4 en payant un petit supplément.
La chambre était très propre. Les draps et serviettes étaient fournis. Nous avions notre propre salle de bain et WC.
Nous n'aurions pas eu mieux dans un hôtel classique. Je le conseille vivement.

Nagyon szupi hely,100 méter a metróállomás,nagyon jó a kaja,tiszta hely,kedvesek,van parkoló,nem kell fizetni az ágyneműért.Kellmesen csalódtam!Bármikor mennék máskor is.150m-re van egy nagy bevásárlóközpont is.-)A környék kissé törökös,de nem bántanak;)

チェーン店ということで、システムもしっかりしておりそれを扱うスタッフも対応に柔軟性があって良かったです。
駅から出て一直線に北に歩けば確実に見つけられる立地の良さと、部屋の清潔さが素晴らしかったです。

I stayed for one night only, but I was very satisfied. The staff was really helpful and the room was convenient. They have a luggage room, but you can also put your stuff in a locker in the room. The staff gives you a lock for a 5 euro deposit.

Far away from downtown and unsafe area.
EXPENSIVE: they charged linen (!) and towels, breakfast was not included.
The curtains in the bedroom are in such a bad condition that at 6am it was impossible to sleep anymore because of the sun. Either loud (windows open) or terribly hot (windows close).
Small bathroom.
No parking in front of the hostel and have to leave the car "somewhere".
Incapable of providing any suggestion for "eating something".
The worst hostel ever.

ostello pulitissimo e pieno di giovani. belle camere e bagni ben attrezzati. staff disponibile. consigliato anche se non è proprio al centro di vienna ma ha la metro a due minuti.

Generally ok, close to U station, easy to find. No bed sheets, you have to take your own, or "rent" with 3 euro. The beds were not cleaned after previous guests, we had to take off the old, used sheets and put on the new ones.
