MIDIの駅からは近く、ホテルの従業員も親切でした。
線路が近いので電車の音が気になる方は避けた方がいいかもしれないです。シャワーなどの清潔さは少し難ありでしたが、利便性と値段を考えれば学生で多カ国をまわるにはいいと思います。
スタッフの方の英語はなまっていて聞きにくかったですがその分こちらの意思もきちんと理解してくれようとしてくれます。

Camere piccole con TV con pulizia giornaliera. Nonostante situato dietro alla Gare du Midi, il rumore dei treni in passaggio è molto attutito e non dà fastidio. Il personale è abbastanza accogliente (unico motivo di perplessità avuto è che non ci hanno dato la ricevuta del pagamento).Da consigliare nel complesso, a chi non è troppo pretenzioso. Il centro è 15/20 min. di cammino.

El peor hotel en el que estado en mi vida. El mobiliario y la limpieza sobretodo son de película de terror.

Tres meses después de tener hecha la reserva llegamos al hotel para encontrar que habían dado nuestra habitación a una pareja que había llegado un rato antes sin reserva. Nos ofrecieron una habitación en otro hotel de su propiedad, pretendiendo cobrarnos el doble por ella, aunque finalmente nos la dejaron como debe ser al mismo precio. Ambos hoteles eran viejos y daban sensación de suciedad, y el trato dejó mucho que desear.

La ubicación del hotel es bastante buena, sin embargo, el barrio está bastante descuidado y sucio, y da sensación de inseguridad.
Por lo demás, el hotel muy bien, y la mujer que trabaja allí, un encanto

Absolutely horrible experience. I left that hotel the same night I arrived. Dirty inside, smoky, old and far from modern equipment at the reception, and mostly not so easy to find from a train station as they calimed.. They did not even prepare a room for me based on my reservation made by web, saying they did not know. So I moved away immediately. very bad feelings from that place. Will avoid it next time.

We enjoyed our stay. Don't be misled by the exterior appearance of this hotel. Real good value and a proper breakfast was included.

Das angebliche 2*-Hotel ist ne billige Absteige in der man sogar Mäusen über den Weg rennt. Von Sauberkeit keine Spur und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt einfach gar nicht. Ich persönlich kann das "Hotel" überhaupt nicht weiterwmpfehlen. Die Lage ist ok (ist aber nicht gerade der schönste Stadtteil) und man konnte alles gut erlaufen.

En la reseña te dice que esta cerca de la estacion de tren pero no que las vias del mismo pasan junto a las habitaciones del hotel, por lo que no puedes descansar,Viajabamos 5 personas, tome 2 habitaciones porque nunca me ofrecieron la opcion de 5 en la misma habitacion, al final me sobraron camas, las habitaciones muy descuidadas y muy sucias, hasta con ratones,el baño no funcionaba,la calefaccion no funcionaba,los colchones mas grandes que las bases y muy viejos. lo unico bueno es el desayuno. pero por el precio que te cobran encuentras mejores opciones en el centro de la ciudad.Las personas que atienden son amables pero la relacion calidad precio es pesima.NO LO RECOMIENDO.

we paid 10% deposit when i booked the hotel, and the hotel ask me to paid full amount again ( suppose pay the rest 90% , we paid 100% again), otherwise ask us to leave at 1am from the hotel, I WILL NEVER go live in this hotel again, be aware of you will paid additional fee when you check in.

Upon check-in, the lady didn't seem to understand where my reservation had come from, and I failed to print the page saying I had paid a deposit so I was overcharged 11 EUR. Other than some disorganization, it was a very pleasant stay. Proximity to the train station was a bit bothersome, but I'm a heavy sleeper so it wasn't a real problem.

Great staff. Hotel is 5 minutes walking from MIDI station. Includes a little breakfast and the rooms are confortable. I recomend this to anyone, good price, location, everything you just need in there

It is a good position and clean, near Gare BRUSSELS Midi. You can walk to city centre around 15-20 Minutes.
