The property was stablished being one of many properties of the feijó group.

there are 13 rooms,we have shared rooms with 4 and 8 beds,2 double rooms and a suite.

there are many bars,markets,bus stops and a train station nearby.It is close to maracanã and has direct bus to copacabana.
