Your booking can be canceled up to 7 days before check-in date (or up to 1 month in advance for special dates and times of events in the city such as Carnival, Rock in Rio and New Year's eve). The penalty for no show and no cancellation in these conditions is 30% (or 50% in times of special events) of the total value of your booking.

After finishing the booking, please contact the property and send your CVV code from the credit card to guarantee your reservation. No charges in advance will be made during regular season, except the amount corresponding to the first night of your stay. In special events such as: Carnival, New Years, etc, we will charge 100% of the total and the pre-payment in advanced will be compulsory. The guests have 72h to arrange the pre-payment. Failure in this process will result in cancellation.
