We have two apartments each of them is A2+2 and we also have one bungalow A4+1. Ap 1 and 2 are based on the first floor of the familly house. We are first row to the sea, it is peacefull and quiet, beach is only 20m away while the public beach is 50 m away.
Sunumbrelas and beach chairs are included, also parking, grill, outside eating area, outside shower, use of bert. each ap has kitchen, microwawe, shower, tv, airconditioners, use of internet, dishwasher ap 1, washing mashine ap2.
Only in bungalow the pets are allowed.


30% of the total price must be paid on our account and than we can make a reservation.


Only 100 m away in Seget village wher eyou can find aa wide selection of fish restaurants and cafe bars in addition to the local supermarket, post-office and pharmacy.
You can take a beautiful stroll along the promenade to the Hotel Medena which overlooks a large beach and provides a range of water activities such as: jet – skiing, para-sailing, beach volleyball, toboggan and gondola hire. There is also a small football field with basketball , tennis courts and mini golf.
Sojourn tax – 1.0 € per person/day.


Children till 12 years old don't pay sojourn tax, but from 12-18 years old- 50%.

Price includes:
kitchen utensils, towels and bed linen, water & electricity, weekly change of bed linen and towels, cleaning of the apartment on departure day.


If you stay less then 3 days the prices are 30% higher.
Arrival should be after 12:00 and departure before 10:00.




HOW TO GET HERE

-BOAT – from the port of the town of Split - bus, car, or rent-a-car.
-From AIRPORT = bus, rent-a-car, taxi, or we can pick you up.
