Be careful with which bus station this is near. Do not confuse it with Viazul, which is pretty far.

バス43とA62で旧市街へ往復でき便利です。オーナーは気遣ってくれますが私には多干渉に少し感じました。例えば、寝てるのに構わず、出るまでドアをノックし続けて朝食（五CUC）を催促してきます。

あとハバナ大学で学生がぼったくってきたり、旧市街のレストランでサービス料を多額にぼったくってきたので注意してください。

オーナーは英語ができるのでメールや会話に不自由しません。

とても親切にしていただきました。「自分の家のようにくつろいでと言ってくれました」

内装も綺麗で清潔です。また来たいです。

旧市街まで徒歩30分程度の場所にあるCASAです。オーナーのMariaさんは英語が話せます。部屋は"すごくきれい"というわけではないですが、問題なく過ごせるレベルです。新市街、特に革命広場に近いのが一つ大きな利点だと思います。空港までのタクシーも手配してくれるので、行き帰りは楽だと思います。

A wonderful place to stay in Havana. It is very close to La Plaza de la Revolution but far from most of the other sights. That is my only complaint. You stay in a small apartment that is immaculately clean. Elina and her mother are wonderful people. They are willing to do anything to make your stay comfortable.

Amazing place to stay! Elina is such a wonderful, helpful person and you will without a doubt enjoy your stay with her. Highly recommend, the only place to consider in Havana

casa elina is perfect if you prefer to stay out of the hustle and bustle of old town. a short walk through 'real'havana streets is a treat! or a short taxi ride.elina is the perfect host. i would be happy to return.

タクシーもお願いして行き30CUC,帰りは25CUCでした。

シャワーを浴びるにはおそらくガスか何かをつけてからでないとお湯が出ないので、

おばあちゃんに話してシャワーしました。

革命広場まで歩いて行けます。

オールドハバナまでは公共のバスで行けます。

帰ってくるのは、タクシーが無難と思います。

(帰ってくるバス乗り場はよくわからない)

銀行は住宅街の中なので、5分待てば両替できます。

孫娘のErinaが対応してくれます。

キューバ到着深夜なのでタクシー送迎もお願いしていたとうり来てくれカーサ到着にはＭａｒｉａさんの出迎えもあり安心でした。旧市街から不便ですが革命広場には徒歩圏内。周りの雰囲気はフレンドリーとてもいい

エリナさんは英語話せます。オーナーのお母様は、スペイン語のみですが、朝起きたらコーヒー入れてくれたり、親切にしてもらいました。空港の迎えもフライトナンバーなどの情報を伝えたら国営のタクシーを手配してくれます。25CUCでした。場所自体はわかりにくいためした自分でタクシーで帰ってくるのは大変そう。ランドマークは革命広場になると思います。

Fue una excelente experiencia. Esta bien ubicado,muy cerca a la plaza de la revolución. La habitación tiene un excelente aspecto y quienes atiendes son muy amables. Recomendadísimo.

Elina is a very friendly and helpful host. The rooms are clean and completely equipped, including hot water. Whenever you have questions or remarks, she is happy to help you out. When travelling throughout Cuba, she brings you in contact with other trustworthy and qualitative hostels and is almost daily checking on your well being. A woman travelling alone, this came in very handy.

Just came back from Cuba and I highly recommend La Casa De Elina Maria. It was clean, in a good/safe location and Elina Maria was extremely kind and helpful. She and her mother made me feel right at home and helped me set up cabs/trips. They were so warm and welcoming and made my Cuban trip very pleasant. When I come back to Havana, I will be staying here again!

Elina is a wonderful women who is very helpful and full of information. The location is good, if you like walking a lot, and there are some good and cheap places to eat nearby. You can always ask Elina and her mother for help.

This place is great! Elina is very kind and helpful. I was traveling alone and I wanted to enjoy a bit more of the nightlife. I found that difficult as I didn't want to spend so much on taxis to get to the more happening parts of town. That said, this is a great small room for one person, the a/c and the hot water worked well and the location is good for transport and the Plaza de la Revolucion. Lots of maquinas (shared taxis) from Habana vieja pass by during the day, as do the buses. If I was there during a cooler season I probably would have been happy to walk to Old Havana as well, but in July it's too hot. I would recommend this place for people who want to see the "real Havana", are traveling alone, and don't necessarily want to go out as much at night.

Estuve en la casa de Elina María durante mi estancia en La Habana y puedo recomendarlo ampliamente. Elina fue muy atenta y me ayudó muchísimo con sus recomendaciones sobre lugares, medios de transporte y compras. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario, es cómodo y seguro. Elina y su familia son personas muy amables, te hacen sentir bienvenido desde el primer momento. Su hermana es también una chic muy amable y tiene también un hospedaje igual de recomendable muy cerca de la casa de Elina, pueden buscarlo como HOSTAL CRISS RODRÍGUEZ. No dejen pasar la oportunidad de conocer a esta linda familia, no se arrepentirán. =)

Elina and her sister Cristina (who has another casa down the street -- where I actually ended up staying) and their lovely doting mother were wonderful hosts. The spot is a bit of a hike from Havana Veija but right next to a bus station and taxi stand, and right on the edge of the Vedado district. Overall a great spot for the price.

Elina is the perfect host! SHe assisted me with everything, from tips on how to to get cheaper taxi and food, locations etc. Her kindness, is something unvaluable, the pleasure of being with them, with her friend and her Mama, is something I will never forget!

Elina was a wonderful hostess going way beyond what I expected. She helped me with anything I needed including her hairdresser and where to eat locally.

Very friendly and caring lady with a lovely warm family who made my trip memorable and I felt I was getting special treatment.

The places I stayed were lovely very clean and though a little off the main Havana downtown area I enjoyed the walk and the experience of the real Havana life.

I would recommend this place 100% and hope to return one day.

オーナーのエリーナさんとその家族が、とにかく気さくで親切です。何でも相談にのってくれます。エリーナさんは少し英語が話せます。エリーナさんのカサ自体は旧市街からは少し離れていますが、タクシーやバスもあるので大丈夫だと思います。歩いて旧市街に行く事も出来ます（気持ち次第）相談すればハバナ以外の街のカサの予約もしてもらえたりもします。シャワーの圧力は弱めでした。

次回もまた利用したいと思っています

Elinaとその家族がとても暖かく迎えてくれて、まるでホームステイ。メール返信もとても丁寧で早く、そこからも信頼できることがわかる。中心から離れる住宅街で観光にはバスかタクシーに乗る必要があり、少し不便だが、それをカバーするElinaの優しさ、私が出会ったキューバ人の中NO1いい人です！狭いが完全個室で安心の部屋で、水がフリーなのも助かる♪延泊してしまいました。

During my stay, owner and hers family help me so much. They are so simpatic and give you a lot of helpful information. I recommend you this guest house for your trip for Cuba.

Very friendly people. Not a hopping neighborhood but safe and no tourists. Near the Plaza de la Revolución. Easy to get downtown (bus, cab, walk). My room too small for two or to spend a lot of time.

Staying at Elina's was fantastic! She is so lovely and helpful and really wants to make sure you enjoy your time in Havana. She helped me order food from the local stores and gave me advice on where to go each day. The accommodation is clean and cosy, and close to Old Havana! I really recommend for other travelers visiting Havana!

If you are going to be spending some time in Havana, this is the accommodation to book.

First of all, it is super safe – always a major consideration.

Secondly, it is a three generation friendly apartment. Mama and Papa are in their eighties and rarely go out. Jorge is 50 something and his 29 year-old son Lester also lives here, but as he works two jobs he isn’t around a lot. There are various other people of the extended family who wander through from time to time. It is an ideal sociological study of how a true Cuban family lives.

The apartment

The actual apartment has a self-constrained kitchen for those who want to do their own cooking, a bedroom with lots of light and a bathroom. So you have the options of coming and going as you like and barely being seen or watching television with the family in the living room.

The neighbourhood is delightfully tourist free. If you want to experience the real Cuba, stay with Jorge and his family. And you will be glad you did as I give it the highest possible recommendations.

La verdad q no pude estar mejor. La casa esta muy bien ubicada, la habitacion era muy linda y la atencion es excelente. De volver a la Havana sin dudas volveria a hospedarme alli.

Cuando se va a viajar por primera a Cuba se tiene un poco de incertidumbre y desconfianza debido a lo que dice de la isla. En la casa de Elina se olvida todo eso, tanto la mama como la hija son persona muy lindas y amables dispuestas a ayudarte en todo sentido. Yo lo recomiendo mas del 100% y siempre que viaje a cuba ese sera mi hogar. Gracias por tan buen servicio.

A great little find! About a 5 min walk from the bus terminal and less than 10 from the Plaza de la Revolution. Elina was great and very helpful. Speaks a little English which is great if you don't speak Spanish. Room was fine, everything worked and was great for a single person. I would stay again.
