Guesthouse Don Gregorio

Wir haben zwar die erste Nacht bezahlt, sind aber nicht geblieben. Der Treppenaufgang war ohne Beleuchtung und ein Rohbau. Die Wohnung selbst fast leer, bis auf einen Küchentisch (total klebrig) und dem Besitzer der vor einem Laptop saß. Dieser war zwar bemüht und hat in einer monotonen Leier aufgezeichnet wo in der Stadt sich alles befindet... Die Anzeige von wegen Luxuszimmer ist mehr als übertrieben!

L'endroit ne correspondait pas aux photos et Gregorio n'avait aucune idee de notre reservation, si bien qu'aucune chambre n'etait disponible.

Please note the we made a reservation at your site for our stay at a guesthouse Don Gregorio , Havana Cuba.

We showed up at this address but this accommodation was overbooked. We had to look for another accommodation and we found one.

However we didn’t receive back the booking costs which should be deducted upon payment.

2. euro deposit/voorschot 4,57 euro Totaal 6,57 Euro which is deducted from my credit card.

We therefore kindly ask you to refund this amount to our account (same account we did the payment)
