The property
"Martina's Hostal" is located in a 20th-century property decorated with contemporary works of art. Our project started last year and we not only want to receive income but also we are interested in the exchange of cultures and experiences. We seek to provide a friendly and family atmosphere to make you feel like you are in the comfort of your home, even in another country.

Accommodation
Our house has 5 rooms. We rent one of the rooms with a private bathroom, a pantry with refrigerator, living room and an outdoor terrace. Air conditioning, plus linens, towels and cleaning.

Services
Guests have a patio and a terrace for their enjoyment, where they can rest and meditate. The breakfast service is complimentary, but additional meals will be priced with the host. In addition, you can organize trips to other resorts, but with an additional cost for transportation and stay in these places.

Surroundings
Our house is in a very central location, just 200 meters from the shopping areas and 400 meters from the city centre (Parque Leoncio Vidal). We are located only 500 meters from cultural centres like "El Mejunje" and only 100 meters Of the House of the city and the "Association of the Brothers Saiz". Near the house, there are many bars and nightclubs. The neighbourhood is very quiet and surrounded by colonial houses.
