About us
The house is located in the city centre. It was reconstructed in 2008. It has three floors. The project started in 2015. My property mission is that you enjoy in family your visit to Santiago de Cuba. This house has privacity and a beautiful sight to the city. It has security and you wil feel in family.

Accommodation
There are two bedrooms with private bathrooms. A bedroom in the first floor with a single bed,Closet, TV set, MiniBar, Air conditioner, Fan, Bathroom with electric shower and Windows to the yard. The other bedroom is on the second floor. It is bigger, with double beds, two Closets, TV set, Air conditioner, Fan, Bathroom with electric shower and Windows to the yard. A small dining room with Refrigerator and a Hall.

Services and activities
The house has han enjoyable kitcken, yard and a terrace at the dosposal. Possibility of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Laundry and car service.

Surroundings
There are a lot of local bars, hotels, markets, theaters and museums of great interesenting. The house is also near the renaissance Cathedral, dominanting the Cespedes Park, near the first colonial house in Cuba (Casa Velázquez), which nowadays is a museum. You can find 'La Casa de la Trova' with traditional music in front of this park. It is near Boulevar Park and Plaza de Marte Park, and it is very near the principal streets like Enramadas, Heredia and Aguilera Streets.
