Bernardo And his wife are the sweetest people on earth! We stayed at the very top room and it was impeccably clean and quiet. It is walking distance from the center where you can find places to eat.

Plan to take a taxi if you plan to go to the beach because it is far away. Count 15 min drive to get there.

Bernardo will help you with recommendations if you need to know your way around.

They take good care of their guests. Their breakfast is huge and delicious! The best we have had in our stay in Cuba. Best casa as well.

Will come back there if I have the chance to travel to Trinidad again.

Super nice place to stay in Trinidad. Very friendly owners. Clean, and good breakfast on a nice rooftop.

Bernardo is a heartful host with a kind staff, supporting and helping when you ask for and preparing a great breakfast on the roof top terrasse. Building is located a little apart from the noisy tourist hype. When I come back to Trinidad I´ll stay at his place again.

Excellent casa. Owner spoke a little english and was very helpful. We had breakfast (5cuc per person) on the large rooftop patio outside our room. 5-10 minute walk from the main square.

Excellent accueil. Chambre simple, pas de luxe ostentatoire, mais climatisation, salle de bain privée, lits corrects. Propre, bien situé. Contrairement aux hotels d'état tout fonctionne.

We got a very nice room on the second floor with beautiful view from the terrace.

The small bathroom was a little uncomfortable but the room was nicely decorated and it was clean. We received towels, which were also very clean but no soap (it was not an expectation from us, I just mention so that the next travelers can prepare).

The breakfast was a huge portion, nicely served on the terrace and very delicious.

The hosts were flexible regarding any wishes.

I can only recommend the place!

Very good Casa! It is well located, and the room I chose was on the top part of the building, with nice views of the city and total privacy. The room was clean and had all the comforts one could need. Very recommended!

Eenvoudige CASA maar prima. Het parkeren kost 2 euro per dag, echter je moet wel de sleutels achterlaten en dat is op vertrouwen.

Bernardo tried to change our house with his sister's house which was bad and location and surrounding was terrible! We decide to move in other property.

Great stay, loved the room (very clean) and the big balcony! Breakfast is very good and served on the balcony outside. The room is very spacious and there are 2 double beds.

didn't get to talk to the owner and so couldn't ask for recommendations for trips or whatsoever. Other staff was very nice but didn't speak English.

The view from the balcony is pretty nice.

The most relaxed casa I was in in Cuba :) Highly recommended.

Ruime kamer met leuk terras, waar het ontbijt verzorgd werd. Centraal in Trinidad gelegen. Aardige mensen!

Great place, had a wonderful time.

We had the 2nd floor room with a view of the mountains and a few beautiful trees. We enjoyed the privacy of our balcony where we had a cafecito upon arrival and breakfast the next morning. Bernardo helped us arrange transport back to Havana (taxi colectivo) to save money and we were able to get 75% of the money back we had spent on Viazul bus tickets. I would go back.

Perfect location, as it is between the old and the new centre. We had the first floor room in the front with the balcony which we used a lot to just look out over the streets and see daily life happening. There is also a roof terrace with an amazing view over the city. We could park the car in a secured garage just around the corner, which was perfect. And the breakfast at the casa was the best we had during our whole trip, we loved the big fruit bowl and the tortilla con queso.

Large room with modern air conditioning and a private terasse. The city center is less than five walking minutes.

Das Casa Bernardo ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten unser Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk mit unserer eigenen Dachterrasse mit Blick über ganz Trinidad, wo wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt haben.

Das Zimmer war recht groß, mit eigenem Bad, Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage.

Leider kam aus unserer Dusche nicht wirklich viel Wasser, was jedoch auch an Trinidad liegen kann. Da haben wir leider keinen Vergleich.

Wir würden das Casa auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Bernardo und seine Familie waren super nett. Spanischkenntnisse wären empfehlenswert, da Bernardo und seine Familie wenig Englischkenntnisse haben, aber auch ohne Spanisch konnten wir uns gut verständigen.

Alles in allem, todo bien!

This is a great Casa! We had the room on the roof which is amazing! The staff is the best, including Bernardo. They took care of us and talked to us without trying to sell us anything. Breakfast were the best we had in Cuba well! Don't hesitate!

Wir hatten 2 Nächte reserviert und mussten kurzfristig 1 nacht canceln. Bernardo war sehr nett und hart uns diese Nacht nicht extra berechnet. Seine Familie war sehr bemüht uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Seine Frau kochte für uns sehr leckeres vegetarisches Essen.

In jedem Fall weiterzuempfehlen auch wenn es etwas teurer ist. Das Abendessen mit 10 CUC war schon overprice.

Our 4 night stay at Bernardo's casa was a great experience. The room was nice and clean, with a brand new bathroom. Bernardo is a great guest, a very friendly person, nice to chat with, and most of all, a great cook. Breakfast is abundant and delicious, and dinner is seriously much better than in most of the restaurants in Trinidad. Strongly recommended, you will have a hotel treatment while feeling at home!

Bernardo was unfortunately busy with some renovation and that´s why his care for us was limited and our room seemed to be not yet fully incomplete. Otherwise completely recommandable! Great location, very fair price and good breakfast!

They were so excellent! Berndardo and his wife were extremely friendly. Bernardo picked us up from the bus station personally and dropped us back off for no extra charge. When we wanted to stay another night and he didn't have a room available, he secured a room for us at his parents casa, only 1 block away. They were also very lovely and made us a delicious breakfast for a small amount extra. They added a wonderful personal touch to our stay in Trinidad.
