Trotz Reservierung wurden wir im Nachbarhaus zum gleichen Preis in einem schlechteren Zimmer untergebracht

We stayed in this casa for three nights and we really had a good time. Mary is very friendly and tries to help whenever possible. You have a room in the Casa with your own bathroom. Furthermore there is a living room, which can be shared with guests of the second guest room in the casa. There you can use the fridge and buy water. The breakfast is very good and it is possible to eat at the restaurant in Trinidad which belongs to the family and can be recommended, too. The casa also has an own terrace. Very nice place.

The casa has a good location near the center stairs. In the 3 nights we stayed they didn't clean our room. The breakfast was good.

Binnen 10 minuten sta je middenin het centrum van Trinidad. Mooie en schone Casa met uitgebreid ontbijt. Spreken niet zoveel Engels.

Prima casa, maar we sliepen er tegenover. Komt vaker voor in Cuba dat je bijv. bij de buren verblijft. Mensen zeer vriendelijk. Rustige straat.

There is a nice sitting area indoors and out.

We kregen elke ochtend een goed ontbijt, wat we lekker buiten hebben gegeten. We hadden een fijne kamer met airco. De gastvrouw was erg behulpzaam.

Een fijne casa op 10 minuten lopen van de Spaanse trappen en vele bezienswaardigheden. Op alle dagen genoten van het ontbijt en avondeten, Mary kan erg goed koken! Kamer (met kleine woonkamer ernaast) was prettig om te verblijven.

Heel bijzondere locatie in het oude Caibarien. Heel gastvrij ontvangen door de gastvrouw en gastheer. Mevrouw spreekt zeer goed engels en weet veel te vertellen over de cubaanse cultuur en gewoonten. Heerlijk gegeten. Goede bedden. De kamer aan de straatkant is wat gehorig door de 24 uur open zijnde winkel aan de overkant van de straat. Het cubaanse leven is hier live te ervaren

Very nice stay, lovely people, who spoke a little bit english. Breakfast was perfect. Location also, 5 min walk from centrum. Enjoyed our stay.

This is a very nice hostel with a lovely host.

it is very clean and a few minutes from the Viazul busstation, about 5 minutes to the center of cienfuegos.

We ate at the hostel, the lobster was very nice prepared.

We had a cold shower but we did not know at the time how to use it.

you will have to put the water on and turn the electricity on.

Mary probably forgot to tell us how it worked.

We can recommend this lovely colonial hostel with a parrot in the backyard.

Hartelijke gastvrouw en gastheer. Spreken geen Engels maar dat was geen groot probleem.

Die Lage ist super. Innerhalb von wenigen Schritten ist man an "den Treppen" und im Geschehen.

Mary ist sehr nett.

Die Zimmer sind groß und für kubanische Verhältnisse sauber.

Ich würde wieder kommen!

We can fully recommend this hostel!

My girlfriend and me had a very pleasant stay at this casa. We booked for three nights, but decided to stay one night extra, which was no problem at all. We had a nice big room with two large beds, a fan and air conditioning. Also a private bathroom. The casa was clean, people where very friendly (no English) and we enjoyed breakfast. Only down side was a very low water pressure in the shower and almost no hot water. We could manage, though.

The casa is just a short walk to the old city centre. The official number of the casa is 355, but the actual rooms are on 351.

Trinidad is a very nice city to explore, not too big. You can to the beach by bus or with a shared taxi and the nearby natural park is really beautiful. You'll enjoy it!

We stayed here 4 days and we realty-show enjoined! Very close to old part of Trinidad and easy accesible by car. Spacious room and wonderful terrace. Breakfast and diner were excellent! Mary and staff, thanks for a pleasant stay!

Prima hostel op loopafstand van het centrum. Eerste dag een 'mindere' kamer, maar we kregen de volgende dag direct de grootste kamer zodra deze vrij en schoon was.

Lovely to have your own space with rocking chairs and garden. Large room and the biggest bathroom we had on our whole trip. Lovely family, very welcoming. Thank you so much for introducing us to Malanga frittas!! We would recommend people to stay here!

Nous avons passé deux jours chez René et Mary au mois de juillet et la chaleur était insupportable, mais la petite cour ombragée à l'arrière de l'habitation était un vrai bonheur.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit déjeuner servi dans de la vaisselle raffinée,omelette,gâteaux, jus et fruits frais.

Tout était propre, décoration typique, hôtes très gentils.

Les deux meilleurs nuits que nous avons passées durant notre séjour, grâce à la clim et au noir complet.

Was a very good place

The best casa we stayed in in Cuba! Actually we stayed in a casa next door to Mary's casa but I think it still belonged to her. Theresa, the woman who took care of the casa, was so nice and friendly, we really enjoyed being with her. The terrace was beautiful and the food was really, really good. The casa is not exactly in the center, but since every street in Trinidad is beautiful and Trinidad itself is quite small, it was still situated well. The only thing we found a bit strange was that you could not flush the toilet, but that's just Cuba, I guess... ^^

Das vegetarische Abendessen sowie die frühstücke waren exzellent (bestes Omelett in Kuba). Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte ein relativ neues Bad. man hat eine eigene dachterasse mit Tisch und Möglichkeiten Wäsche aufzuhängen. am Anfang schwer zu finden aber dann noch zentralere Lage als gedacht.

We liked our room and casa so much. İt was clean, cute, had beautiful garden and excellent location. The owner of casa Mrs. Mary was so helpfull and they prepare excellent breakfast.

La habitación no estaba disponible asi q nos ubicaron en otro lugar muy cercano, super limpio y la señora se mostro muy atenta. Muy recomendable

I feel host is very friendly . Breakfast is very delicious.But should tell us the breakfast price first.The web show breakfast is ok.So we think breakfast is free.Easily lead to misunderstanding.

Rene and Mary welcomed us very friendly. Mary made us a very nice dinner on arrival and realy nice breakfast the other days. The location is quite central, but the street itself appears reallt authenthic. We would definitely recommend this casa!

René und Mary waren ausgebucht,sie hatten für uns aber schon Ersatz organisiert. War absolut okay die Cubaner unterstützen sich so gegenseitig.Unser Ersatz, ein paar Häuser weiter, Namen leiter vergessen, war selbst eher unmotiviert, was unsere persönlichen Fragen betraf, das Frühstück nicht empfehlenswert, Saft aus dem Tetrapack, Kaffe ungenießbar, Brot SEHR alt. Die Unterkunft war sauber, wurde während unserer Abwesenheit aber NICHT geputzt. Alles in allem zum Schlafen OK , mehr brauchten wir nicht! Alle anderen 4 Unterkünfte (Havanna, Viñales, Cienfuegos und Varadero) waren besser und die Vermieter freundlicher. Trinidad wird auch von fast jedem CubaTouristen besucht, wodurch vielleicht die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft leidet.

In the morning we got a reconfirmation from the casa. In the afternoon when we arrived there was no room available. We were sent to another casa.Very annoying.

I wish I could give this casa a better rating. It's in a great location and it is very clean, however the hosts were not the best. Maybe it's because we had such wonderful hosts the rest of our stay in Cuba, but they kept to themselves and only provided only very basic services. They also charged us $10 USD for a load of laundry...pretty absurd. The room itself is WAY too expensive. It's about double what you can find if you wait to find a casa once you get there. I would find somewhere else to stay in Trinidad.

It was a really nice stay. The room was in a separate house/apartment so we had a lot of space. A little kitchen and a living room. We really liked it. Also the food was delicious!

Beautiful and pleasant house in Trinidad! It is separated from the family`s house, which provides privacy. The location is also greate.

Mary was there to greet us when our car arrived, and provided us a delicious breakfast every morning. We had a whole guest house and back patio to ourselves. Would highly recommend for any traveler stayin in Trinidad.

We stay here only for 2 nights. The place was good and you can reach most of Trinidad's sightseeings in walkig distance.

Lovely House!! The guest room is comfortable and features a really lovely terrace(actually two terraces, one on each side!) on which your breakfast and dinner (if you opt for one - you should try it at least for your first night) will be served. Ms. Mabelys, the host of the house will speak good English and be super helpful (she works for a tourism agency). Great location. What else?
