Cot Addis was opened on August 2016. The owner/manager has always wanted to open up a budget accomodation for tourists coming to Ethiopia. The idea of a Hostel with shared amenties is not well known in Ethiopia. Cot Addis aims at changing this attitute and become the first proper Hostel in the country.

The building we are located on houses a Bank and a cafe. The bank has an ATM machine which guests can use. The cafe also serves fresh foods with reasonable price.

Property currently has 6 rooms. 5 of the rooms have shared bathrooms while 1 room has ensuite bathroom. Additional 10 rooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is also a common lounging area and a fully functional kitchen. There is also a Bar on the building serving cocktails and drinks for very good price. Rooms have linens and towels and slippers.

There is a huge lounge area for guests to sit down, use wi-fi and watch TV. There is also a beautiful terrace garden on the top floor for guests to chill on. There is also a fully functional kitchen where guests can cook what they want.

Located in area named Lamberet. It is an area of the city where there is a recent development. There is the Lamberet Bus Station in fron of our property making it very simple for guests going to the Northern part of the country. The building has a cafe and a bar. There are shops and supermarkets nearby.
