Все было хорошо! Кроме одного. В письме от 23.11.16 мне обозначили стоимость проживания за 3 дня 35,85 евро. А при выезде пришлось заплатит 41,21 евро. Обьяснений не последовало.

El hostal cuenta con lo básico para hospedarse aunque la señal wifi suele perderse en la habitación.
Si sólo vas a dormir, funciona.
Si vas solo, piénsalo bien, porque las camas individuales están pegadas y tu compañero de cuarto podría dormir al lado tuyo.
Los chicos de recepción hacen su trabajo aunque les caería bien sonreír un poco.

Na początku jest się informowanym, że zaliczka nie została wpłacona na ich konto i że trzeba ją zapłacić jeszcze raz. Na szczęście po kontakcie z ludźmi z Hostelsclub wyjaśniono sprawę. Myślę, że to oszuści, którzy liczą na to, że klienci odpuszczą przez nieznajomość języka, brak możliwości kontaktu z przedstawicielami portalu Hostelsclub lub przez to, że nie będą chcieli robić sobie dodatkowych problemów podczas wakacji.
At first they inform you that the advance you've paid wasn't booked on their bank account and that you have to pay it again. Luckily, our case was solved after we contacted the Hostelclub staff. I think that they are frauds who hope that the clients will give up because of their language incompetence, not having the ability to contact the Hostelsclub staff or simply the clients don't want to cause themselves any additional problems during their holidays.

Chambre de 4 très bien ! Salle de bain aussi (avec sèche-cheveux). Les draps ne sont pas inclus mais il y a quand même une couette et un oreiller ! Buffet petit-déjeuner pour 4€. Tout très bien !

Staff were not at all helpful in both A&O hostels (example, my friend needed to stay another night but they were fully booked, however they never recommended there second hostel in the city or helped at all with information in finding another hostel)
Hygiene was very poor, Stained mattresses, quilts and pillows. Dirty bathrooms.
Wifi didn't work and neither did their computers.
I would not recommend this Hostel.

Das Hostel hat eine sehr gute Lage zu vielen Pubs und Restaurants; auch in die Schildergasse hat man nur eine relativ geringe Laufzeit.
Bezüglich des Frühstücks waren wir sehr zufrieden, wobei man beispielsweise beim Käse die Qualität deutlich verbessern könnte.
Das meiste Personal war sehr freundlich; lediglich bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von einer genervten und unfreundlichen Dame an der Rezeption empfangen.
Dennoch werden wir eines der A&O Hostels bei unserem nächsten Städtetrip wieder in Betracht ziehen, da wir im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden waren; v.a. auch wegen dem angemessenen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

The people were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were more luxurious than I'm used to in hostels, plenty of space and a tv in the room. Not a very cosy atmosphere, but nice and clean.

Das Zimmer war sauber, der Preis für ein 4-er Zimmer gut, Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. Hat natürlich nicht das Flair eines Hostels im Zentrum von Edinburgh z.B., aber das ist auch nur zweitrangig.

Yes, it was clean and everything in the room was brand-new. But A&O needs to take immediate action regarding their staff. We checked-in for 2 nights and when we saw the receipt we realized we had payed for 3. We asked for our money back and the receptionist refused saying we had a reservation for 3 nights, therefore an obligation to pay. It took a few hours and another receptionist to take our money back.

It was very clean...not much going on, but I think it was b/c it just opened, like, this month. On a random street, but near public transit and the Neumarkt, generally enjoyable stay
