Hotel RIO Athens has the right to pre-approve the customer’s credit card when receiving an incoming reservation.



By making a reservation, you are fully aware of the hotel reservation, payment, cancellation and cancellation policy.



One child up to 3 years old can stay free of charge if sharing existing bedding.
One child from 4 to 12 years stays in an extra bed at an additional cost.
Children over the age of 13 will be considered adults.



The hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation if there is no valid credit card information.



To avoid difficulties, please keep a copy of your booking on display upon arrival at the hotel.



Payment policy:
For non-refundable reservations, the total amount of the reservation will be charged automatically upon confirmation of the reservation. Modifications or cancellations are not allowed.



The charge and payment of accommodation and services is made in Euros.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.



For all reservations the Hotel Rio Athens provides Confirmation Number to the customers 48 (forty-eight) hours before the arrival date



For Group Bookings more than 5 (five) rooms in order to confirm the reservations we need a 30% deposit of the total amount which is Not Refundable, 2 (two) months prior of the arrival date. The rest of the amount will be paid upon arrival.
