RESERVATION & CANCELLATION GUIDELINES

§ For room booking inquiries / confirmation /cancellations please mail us on

§ In case of single room bookings, all amendments / cancellations must be informed to our Reservations Department at least 72 hours prior to the date of arrival of the guest. In case of group bookings, information needs to be given at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival of the group.

All Reservations need to be guaranteed either by credit card or by per payment of one nights charge for accommodation at the time of booking or through Company Guarantee Letter/email/fax.
Cancellation / Postponement / Alteration made within 72 hours, prior to the date of Check In is liable for one nights room charges as retention as per this agreement, for bookings of upto 3 nights. For bookings of more than 3 nights, two nights room charges shall be chargeable as retention.
