Nice place, helpful and smiling staff, sufficient breakfast - I recommend. Near food shops run by people from Bangladesh. Bus station behind the gate. Visit Syracuse - beautiful. Will come again - Jacek

Perfect hostel!!! In city center!!!!! Really nice atmosphere and personal really friendly!!!! ;) I enjoyed a lot!!!! and there is an amazing terrace in the hostel!!! :)

Otiimo ostello in posizione centralissima (su via Etnea tra piazza Duomo e piazza dell'Università) vicino anche alla stazione dei Bus di piazza Borsellino che permette di raggiungere molti posti.

Camerata da 4 pulita e spaziosa. Ottimi spazi comuni e terrazza con vista spettacolare.

edifico antico rimodernato con stile giovane e accattivante. la posizione è ottima e ci sono ampli spazi condivisi. La camera era pulita e spaziosa. L'unica pecca:la colazione; a Catania sarebbe bello ricevere una colazione come da buona tradizione sicula!!!

Il locale è abbastanza carino, ottimo posizione! (in centro e vicinissimo al duomo. ) Il hostel ha un ristorante e una terrazza per fare aperitivo. Ristorante è buonissimo e sulla terrazza si vede pure Etna da lontano.

Spazioso, colorato, bellissima la terrazza panoramica, e soprattutto estremamente gentile e accogliente lo staff, che ci ha fornito tra l'altro ottimi consigli gastronomici...

In questo ostello abbiamo trovato un'ottima accoglienza sentendoci subito a casa. Lo staff, gli ambienti e le persone che abbiamo incontrato ci hanno fatto apprezzare ancora di più le bellezze di Catania. Un grazie quindi per la perfetta ospitalità, e arrivederci a presto

Our stay at the Elefanti was great! The staff are so friendly and helpful and the facilities are beautiful. The location is very central and we had a very favorable experience. The blankets provided were not that thick and towels cost extra, but for the value the accommodations were very decent. I also highly recommend eating dinner at the restaurant in the hostel, I had some of the best pasta I've ever tasted there.

Me ha encantado el hostel, lo mejor el ambiente y las personas que trabajan, la situacion es perfecta. Fui solo y me hicieron sentir como en mi casa, todos te ayudaban. Si tuviera que ir de nuevo a Catania no dudaria en repetir en el hostel. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Posto bello, posizione perfetta per brevi permanenze a Catania, visto che è nella zona più centrale che si possa immaginare, staff gentilissimo e disponibile, e poi usano Ubuntu nei loro computer!

Tutto ok l' unica cosa che nella stanza ho trovato un cattivissimo odore, che schifo...

Per il resto personale ottimo, sala e bagni ok...

Centrally located in an amazing 1600`s building and with a supportive staff.

Camera privata molto grande e bella, prezzo raccomandato per uso singolo. Anche dormitorio donne molto spazioso e letti molto comodi. Nei bagni acqua bella calda senza dover aspettare. Piccola colazione al mattino con, tra l'altro, latte e frutta. Posizione imbattibile a 2 min. dal Duomo.

Traumlage mitten in der Stadt. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Dachterrasse bietet Aussicht bis zum Ätna. Komme gerne wieder.

Muy céntrico. Antiguo palacio, muy espacioso, ambiente tranquilo, personal muy atento, clientes respetuosos. Me han ayudado a organizar la visita. Desde la azotea, se ve al fondo el Etna echando humo. Alargué mi estancia.

Good place to stay if you need A bed right in the city centre. Staff was helpfull. Showers were comfy but A bit small. Beds are fine, had A good night sleep. Every bed has its own curtain for privacy.

Wonderful palaxe and position, with a fantastic terrace on a central square with the Etna on the on the orizon. Bathrooms could be much better though. Anyway, very nice place.

The staff was very nice and the location is perfect. But I didn't sleep at all, the lights were turned on and off all the time and it was very loud (well, depends on the people sleeping there...). there were no trash cans in the bathrooms.

The location is ideal, right in the heart of Catania, staff are helpful and friendly, and the rooms have frescoes on the ceilings. I would definitely recommend!

Nice hostel in a pretty cool location. It's very central but therefore also a bit noisy. I had some trouble finding it.

Séjour formidable à "l'ostello degli elefanti". Le batiment est magnifique et très bien placé dans la ville. De plus accueil très chaleureux d'Angela et toute son équipe. Véritablement une des meilleures adresses ou j'ai pu aller lors de mes différents voyages.

I can't recommend Ostello degli Elefanti and Catania enough. I've never stayed in a Hostel before so I was a little unsure what to expect. The staff, the cleanliness and the location are all perfect to experience the beautiful city of Catania and the Sicilian culture.

This hostel was great in every way I remember. I genuinely enjoyed my stay.

The curtains around the beds in the dormitory will render the hostel a bad name. Several persons cannot go into mixed dormitories unless these are very big and thus have social controll. (Saloon and dormitory can be changed in the Elefanti hostel)
