the most lovely hostel I have stayed. The staff and the hostel make me love Florence more. The staff is really nice and supportive. I was totally happy.

スタッフの方が観光できる所を地図で道順書いてくれたりして良かった。お風呂は狭いですが、清潔感はあります。朝ごはん付きですが、小さいパンとフルーツジュースのみです。ただ余裕をもって夜9時に着く予定としていたのですが、8時前頃ついてしまい、ホステルに行くと誰もでてくれず予定の時間までずっと待った。寒かったので辛かったです。周りは静かでスーパーやパン屋さんが少しだけですがあり、良い感じです。値段の割りに良い所でした！

Location easy to find. Check in between 09:00 to 13:00. At other times appointment is required. Place is very clean and value for money. However, bit difficult to get bathroom between 08:00 to 09:00 hours when most people are getting ready to go out

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce i super pomocna obsługa! Niedaleko bezpłatny parking, do centrum 15 minut spacerem. Bardzo polecam!

Nice, clean, silent, big rooms, no kitchen nor common space.

Nice and clean. We had some problems with finding that place as it is not indicated outside. Location just by the Fiorentina's stadium.

Beautiful place to stay. very nice owner - will help you to plan your visit. close to the station - but not the main one. great view on Firenze as located on 6th floor. I recommend it.

Nos cancelaron la reserva y no teníamos otro sitio a donde llegar así que nos pusieron en grandes apuros.

Casa Nuestra is definetly a great place to stay in Florence. The place is quite quiet and clen and the manager is really kind. It is possible to find recomendations to the places you can't miss in the city.

ホテルの方が細かく丁寧に、観光情報や、美味しいレストランを教えてくれたのでとても助かりました。感じのいいホステルです。

夜中に上の階の音がして時々起きてしまったのが残念。

バス停にも歩いていける距離で、とても便利でした。

Quedamos atrapadas en el temporal de nieve, no había trenes, por eso mismo avisamos con 12 hs de anticipación escribiendo un mail explicando la razón en cuanto supimos que no podriamos viajr, y no sólo que ni se dignarona a respondernos sino que automáticamente nos descontaron la noche una imagen hermosa de solidariad y de cuidado del turista en una situación que era de emergencia nacional. debemos aclarar que por suerte en donde estabamos hicieron todo lo contrario, facilitandonos las cosas.

Muy agradable y limpio. De ubicación está bien porque se puede llegar a todas partes caminando. Recomendado porque es amplio y cómodo. No me gusta que el minimercado no está abierto casi nunca y tienen realmente pocas cosas en caso que necesites un shampoo o una cuchilla de afeitar de urgencia.

A bit far away from downtown Florence but still it was a nice walk. the rooms have air conditioned but there's an extra charge of 3€ a day for using it. just be careful with the killer mosquitoes! the staff was always friendly when there was someone around. the decoration is really nice and the place was always clean. good place to stay!

Habitaciones muy amplias, con mucha luz natural y bien decorado, muy acogedor en general. El personal siempre disponible para cualquier aclaracion.

Si vuelvo a Florencia vuelvo a la casa nuestra ;)

Quiet place, a little bit difficult to find (there is no special sign), friendly staff. well connected to main station and center by buses.

A very nice place with very reasonable prices. You find everything needed. Nothing less and nothing more. Runners of the place is really nice and themselves are travellers who are really aware of what travellers need. I loved mystay here. Place is strongly recomended..

Really nice and confortable hostel!the view from the balcon on the 6floor was amazing and the atmosfere relaxed. I suggest to everyone this hostel...in 15 min walk you will be in the city center, before crossing some streets with nice shops and interesting things to see, anthopological museum, trattorie...etc, (via del prosdocimo).

Aparte de que el hostal está precioso y sumamente limpio, el dueño del hostal es muy amable, con gusto te ayudará en lo que necesites y te dará información bastante útil sobre Florencia y sus alrededores. Basta tomar un camión para llegar al centro y de ahí te puedes mover a pie hacia donde quieras, pues todo es muy céntrico. Si vas a Florencia por nada del mundo te pierdas San Gimignano, es precioso y se recorre en menos de un día (:

ottimo punto di riferimento per un soggiorno a Firenze. Personale molto disponibile e accoglienza perfetta. Camera e bagni puliti e luminosi. Visuale stupenda su Firenze, tra l'altro con il suo centro a pochi passi. Vale la pena andarci.

Great place, very helpful hostess. The room was spotless and comfortable. The shower had no hot water but that was because the bathrooms are shared and everyone had showered first. The little breakfast also made a nice morning snack but not a meal. Would definitely go again, great for the money.

A pretty nice place, the only thing I think miss in this B&B was a better breakfast

Está ubicado a unos 20min de caminata del centro. El desayuno es una verguenza, no puede llamarse bed and breakfast, solo te dan un croisant y un jugo de 200ml. El resto bien.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. mais 25 mn à pied du centre ville + bus direct. intérieur sympa avec bonne déco. par contre petit déjeuner léger, un peu décevant. Gérante sympathique.

io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'ambiente era pulito e accogliente, simpatico perchè colorato e semplice. questo B&B si trova al sesto piano di un palazzo, nessuno può immaginare sia un hotel! anche dentro, la struttura è molto simile ad un vero e proprio appartamento, le stanze sono accoglienti con vista sulle colline di Firenze. Bagni ben puliti, massima flessibilità di orari nessun coprifuoco. grazie al fatto che ci sono poche stanze disponibili, non abbiamo incontrato molta gente e ciò ha fatto sì che il posto fosse intimo, tranquillo e ben tenuto.

Una sola pecca: la reception non era disponibile sempre dall'orario indicato sulla porta, molto spesso era assente. ma non è stato un grosso problema :)

Un sitio muy especial y cuidado... comodo y bonito.

Excellente maison d'hôtes. La tenancière nous a fourni un itinéraire personnalisé très précieux pour visiter la ville au mieux pendant notre court séjour. Les chambres sont spacieuses : le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable.

Conseil : garez-vous le long du stade et rendez-vous au numéro 8 de la viale dei mille, où il N'Y A PAS d'enseigne "casa nuestra".

Generalnie miejsce warte polecenia. Do centrum wbrew pozorom blisko - około 20 min spacerem i bardzo blisko do stacji kolejowej oraz stadionu Fiorentiny!!!

it has everything what a hostel needs. there is nothing bad to say about this place. good tips, big rooms, very clean, good beds, bus stop in front of the door. that's exactly the place to stay in florence, you won't regret it.

if it would be possible, I would putted 120% about atmosphere and kindness. Evening in this place made me wish to come back to Florence one more time!

Lovely staff, nice, spacious, clean room, awesome coffee, free parking close by, handy having an elevator and free wifi, close to bus would stay again :)

It is a lovely place. With very nice facilities and staff. The room is clean and comfortable. We have a very nice stay here in Florence. One thing to mention is that it is not easy to find the hotel. You don't find a notice at the entrance, you should give a call to the hotel owner in advance. Overall, I recommend this hotel as your stay in Florence with reasonable price.

Encantados con el hostal tan bonito que tienen decorado con tanta creatividad y cariño. La atención excelente y perfectas las recomendaciones. Ago retirado del centro, pero el paseo es bueno para descansar del follón del centro.El desayuno un tanto pobre.

Francesco was friendly, nice, and very helpful. He mapped out bus routes and "tourist" attractions around Florence, which we found very helpful. He spoke excellent english, which was important to us, being that we only understand a limited amount of italian. Although the bathrooms were not private, they were very spacious, clean, and right next door to our room. Pictures are exactly what the Casa Nuesta looks like.

alittle distance away from city centre. not that impressed with it as compared to other reviewers, it was ok for one night. breakfast was meagre, towel was tiny! (i think we had face towels!) close proximity to Fiesole, which is handy.
