Location was good, break fast is prepared room was clean except their equipment.
1. wifi is super slow barely connected with my iphone 6. same as nothing.
2. equipped towel and pillow smelled very bad i didnt feel like wiping my face with the towel.
i know it's washed well but the smelled still strange and it made me sick. smelled like a dog after the rain walk. I guess this hotel needs to clean washing machine first.
Comparing that, pillow cover was clean indeed, but pillow itself smelled ridiculously bad. smells like sweat of many people and entire room smelled same as this pillow. (after i left this hotel, whole my hair and coats, cloths smelled same)
this hotel is very recommended if they change to new pillow and new towel(or wash it very well)

Отель понравился, качество даже выше цены проживания. На завтрак вкусные горячие булочки и мюсли с сухофруктами. 2 минуты о. Авто и ж/д вокзала, номера названы в честь разных художников и отличаются по стилю, лучше брать 2-х местный с одной кроватью, он больше 2-х местного с раздельными. Единственное,депозит, оплаченный на этом сайте в 10% -на не засчитали и мы платили эту сумму повторно, куда она ушла-непонятно. Но это вопрос к сайту, а не к отелю.

Muy buena ubicación, el personal muy amable, le facilita información requerida. Tuve in inconveniente con la maleta que deje la clave visible y al regresar al hotel no pude abrir la maleta, toco forzarla.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent location.
The breakfast was good, despite being a little simple.
The only down part was that they charge for internet: 5 euros/day; However, you can negotiate with the receptionist a discount ;)

Very noisy hotel. There is a bus station right in the street and buses park in front of the hotel and there was a construction right next door so noise outside started very early in the morning; besides that, inside the hotel you could hear all drainage when flushing the toilet. People very nice and helpful. Breakfast was much better than in Pitagora in Rome.

flight of stairs to get in building. cage elevator to get to recption desk and rooms sometime people left doors open on other floors making elevator useless. Staff very helpful and gentile. simple continental breakfest. noisey on street in am starting at 7am mostly buses. Would go back again clean and friendly!

Sauber, schöne Zimmer mit wenig Einrichtung, aber gutem Bett. Recht hellhörig, aber insgesamt meist ruhig. Frühstück inklusive. Waren 6 Tage dort und es war perfekt. Durften nach dem Florenz Marathon in einem Zimmer am Nachmittag sogar noch ne Dusche benutzen.

We were 4 young friends and have a really nice experience in this hotel. Just the breaksfast let us a little disapointed because it was not as good as we expected. Even so, if we ever gone to florence again, we'll stay in lombardi.

The rooms are excellent, clean and perfect. There are a lot of useful information at the reception.
I would definitely recommend staying in hotel Lombardi to people seeking accommodation in a convenient location with a good price.

If I go Florance again, I'll definetly stay in Lombardi. I did choose this hotel due to its position because it's very near to mean train station. But not only this, also the staff is very friendly and helpful. Plus, each room have a name that comes from Renaisance artists. In my opinion, it's a sign of sensitivity and kindless. I were there at low season and rate is very proper. Breakfast is not too rich but it's enough to start a day and small breakfast room is very coosy.
