The B & B is located in a very quiet and well served area, in the immediate vicinity there is a market, bar, artisan pastry, pubs, restaurants, tobacconists, fuel station. The B & B Villa Manfredi is ideal for those who want to play sports during the holidays because only 100 meters away there are tennis courts, soccer fields, archery and fantastic jogging paths surrounded by ancient olive trees, vineyards and Mediterranean vegetation.

The reservation will be definitively confirmed after having paid a minimum deposit of 50% of the total amount.
Breakfast is served in the dining room from 08.00 to 10.00.
Room re-ordering is from 10 am to 12 noon - please store personal items and clothing.
Linen is changed every two days for towels and three days for pillowcases and sheets not included the day before departure.
Extra change of linen and sheets will cost 5 euros.
Respect for silence in the usual hours: h14.00 - h.16.30 / h23.00 - h08.00
Use of the kitchen and dishes is not permitted.
In case of early departure with respect to the booked dates, the reimbursement of the amounts by difference is not foreseen.
It is strictly forbidden inside the premises: to smoke, to abuse alcohol, to use drugs, to speak loudly, to slam doors or windows, to rummage in the furniture of the room, to use extra heating devices and open flames.
It is not allowed to enter the villa without a reservation.
