Salve,
un appunto riguardo l'addetto alla reception: poco ricettivo, poco comprensivo e decisamente scorbutico.

Good hotel, everything needed was there. It's simple but all inclusive. Very good atmosphere thanks to the staff, which partialy only spoke italian (which to me was no problem).
