Hotel New Milan *

Good: half-decent hotel/hostel, clean overall, decent location and price.

Bad: only one shower (and toilet) to a whole floor, internet is not included (3 Euros) and is wired, awkward, and not compatible with Macs. One of the two staff speaks only Italian, which is ridiculous. If you work at a hotel, learn some other languages.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.Pulito ma non estralusso,vicino alla metropolitana.

Very good Hotel

Very clean hotel! Rooms are light (all have window or balcony) Shared bathroom was cleaned several times ad ay, good hot shower! Rooms provide with own sink. Beds, furniture, walls etc. were updaed and clean. In the area is not much to see, eat or drink. the hotel does not provid any drinks, coffee machine, water boiler or whatsover. It would be nice if you can buy a coffee or beer in te hotel, but accross the street there is a 24 hour bar and a 24 hous vendor machine with hot coffe, drinks etc.

Hotel is located close to Metro ans supermarket.

Hotel owner is friendly but did not provide any information. He did not have a map, metro plan and no tips for reataurants, pubs at all. On the webiste they say that they provide info. but that's not true.

mto barulho, naao é possivel dormir, parece ser o local de matadouro, entra e sai mta gente. fomos para ficar dois dias e ficamos somente uma noite!

英語が通じます。照明が暗いので陰気な感じだけど、寝るだけだから十分。窓がなくて風通しが悪いです。

For being one of the cheapest places in Milan it is a really good place. Old furniture but everything very clean! The receptionist spoke fluent english and gave us some great advise on what to do around town. Also its only a three minute walk to the next metro station `loreto´ or you can even walk to the dome etc. Its not a hostel but a hotel, so there is not a lot of fun going on, but if you are a couple and just wanna sleep in a clean room not far from the cetre at a cheap place, i`d say this is it!

Scortesi e poco professionali

Przede wszystkim - sympatyczna obsługa, żadnych problemów. Pokój i łazienka nie są nowe, ale wysprzątane, także mieszkało się bardzo przyjemnie. Przed wyjazdem czytałem opinie, że w hotelu są karaluchy, a ściany są cienkie... To nieprawda. Jest czysto, a ściany może nie są najgrubsze, ale czuliśmy się tam naprawdę swobodnie. Za tę cenę POLECAM!

Achtet auf das Personal. Der arabische Mann bei der Pforte wollte uns betrügen, wollte mit uns den doppelten Zimmelpreis bezahlen lassen.

Hotel New Milan is een erg knus gezellig en niet zo duur hotelletje als je een weekendje Milaan doet. Het is maar een klein hotel met 10 kamers, maar daarom juist gezellig. De medewerkers zijn er erg vriendelijk. En de ligging van het hotel is ook prima. Het is een kleine 5 minuten van Buenos Aires de famous winkelstraat van Milaan.

Hotel New Milan is een aanrader om te boeken!

Mir gefiel die Lage des Hotels: zur nächsten Metrostation (Loreto) ist es nicht weit, eine tolle Pizzeria ist um die Ecke und die Buenos Aires Shoppingstreet kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Auch in der Gegend haben wir uns sicher gefühlt. Das Hotel ist klein und schnuckelig, die Portiers bemühen sich zu helfen und kennen sich aus in Mailand. Das Bad im Flur ist recht sauber, wer sich schnell ekelt sollte Badeschlappen mitnehmen. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und mit frischen Handtüchern versorgt. Nice and tidy - room was cleaned everyday. it seemed to be part of the toilet in the room. was quite; staff helpfull. the only disadvantage- there is no kitchen, or even kettle to boil water. good position, close to central station. I would choose this hotel again!

Geeignet zur durchreise. Sehr laut da das Tram an dieser Strasse fährt. Zum Bvd. Buenos Aires kann man zu Fuss gehen. Bad könnte sauberer sein.

das bad (zumindest im zimmer nr. 1) war grausam. putzen hält man in diesem hotel wohl für überbewertet.

部屋の中にビデがあったり、建物のつくりなどレトロな雰囲気の宿。ミラノの下町に泊まったという気分を楽しめます。シャワー、トイレは共同ですが鍵がかかり問題ありません。エレベーターはないので大きな荷物がある場合は不便です。フロントの人の中には英語が話せない人もいました。地下鉄からは便利。ミラノ中央駅から歩くのは荷物がある場合はちょっと大変。インターネットはふだん利用できるようですが、私が滞在中は故障とかで（フロントの人もメールを外に使いに行っていました）使えませんでした。近所にインターネット電話屋が複数あり、１時間0.5～１ユーロ程度でインターネットを使えます。

Reasonable good simple hotel in milan. Reachable by two metros and tram. Walls are not too good so noises at some times can be heard, but overall quiet at night.

Pulito, accogliente ed essenziale.Perfetto per chi si ferma poco tempo e vuole stare vicino al centro!

Hotel New Milan, is so great. The personal are so friendly and helply. It was a great stay. It's absolutely not the last time I visit Hotel New Milan. And the position was perfect, there's everything you need around it. Thanks for such a great hotel!

If you want to sleep, this is the place. Nothing else.

Cheap hotel, staff very friendly, cleanliness is good (better than I expected). Easy to reach from the train station. Drawback: rather noisy.

Perfect hotel for people who don't expect too much!

Very nice and cheap hotel with excellent, very obliging staff (room-service every day). Unfortunately about 350 metres to the next metro station, but only two stations away from main station.

WE spent in this hotel only two nights, but were very satisfied.

Especially the positon of this hotel is very handy. Its at the end of Corso Buenos Aires, which takes you directly to the centre of Milan, and it takes only about 40min by foot.

Metro station is about 5min. from the hotel.

The staff was very nice and helped us a lot.

I definitely recommned this hotel to everybody who is looking for the cheap way how to get to know Milan.

One of he three persons room, is quite noisy because it's located right next to reception. But the staff people are really nice.

Stayed there for 5 nights with friends.

No frills, but superb value for money. Bit cramped, but quiet and warm. Nothing too close but the subway is a 5 min walk away.
