Generalmente buono con ottimo staff. Purtroppo ho avuto la sfortuna di capitare in una stanza con coinquilini rumorosi e scostumati. Il materasso del letto a castello è molto comodo.

Не селитесь здесь ни за что. Кровати старые, всё скрипит, пододеяльника, полотенца, тапочек нет. Кухни нет. Туалетной бумаги и той нет. Жутко холодные полы. Ящики для личных вещей с хлипким замком находятся в коридоре. Для Европы просто ужас.

Ogólnie poziom zadowalający.
Uwagi pozytywne:uprzejma obsługa, łatwo uwzględniająca zastrzeżenia.
Uwagi negatywne: brudne ściany, brak ręczników (uwzględniono uwagę i uzupełniono)

J ai passé un week end avec des amies on a réserver la ba.
Je conseille vivement c est proche du centre ville, très facile à repérer, les personnels sont sympa

The hostel was well worth the money. It is conveniently located next to the metro station (sub). There is also a good breakfast, vending machine and garden !

Not bad as stay, we arrived they charge us more money that we have to paid, the receptionist we re friendly but also he did not know the system how it works even the manager dont care about it they just needbto stole money from you, So be careful .

The doors to the rooms did not lock, the lockers were iffy at best, there was no toilet paper in the toilets (I asked the front desk, but they never put toilet paper in the toilets), the shower didn't work, the toilets were very gross.

Ci vado ogni volta che passo da Milano, ed il servizio è impeccabile. Altra cosa che mi ha colpito ogni volta è la gentilezza dello staff. Inoltre, la posizione così vicina alla stazione centrale è estremamente vantaggiosa. Consigliatissimo.

Prenotazione: Sul sito MilanoHostel non è possibile prenotare una camera doppia per una sola persona, ho dovuto pagare il soggiorno per due pur essendo uno 20€ in più.
Staff: Gentile e disponibile ma non tutti hanno potere decisionale; dipende dai turni.

Very friendly personal, good position near railway station and subway, rooms are clean, bathroom also ok, little bit noise from outside, but for a short stay good choice

The staff was very friendly. You get a key for your own locker in the room, but there is no room key.
More hooks in the room and a rack in the bathrooms would be good!

Price is a bit too high for this conditions. We also have problems with hot water. There's no kitchen in the hostel so that's a huge minus-when you are trying to have a bugget trip this is nessesary.

I guess the hostel owner is just too lazy to fix things, like shower locks, wending machine, kitchen equiptment and so on. No ventilation in rooms and staff was not friendly.

If everything works fine, it's nice. If there is a problem, you are lost because the staff can't really help you or won't communicate amongst themselves.

Les murs ne sont pas bien isolés, on entend absolument tout et cela peut être un grand inconvénient lorsqu'on a des voisins "qui ne se soucient pas des autres"

All was well except god damn noisy girls from England. If you want quiet place, I'd not recommend this place. You will hear every voice coming from everywhere. Otherwise it is pretty decent!

The mix "price and convenience" depends on what someone expected. In my opinion, I've been in other hostels that were cheaper and better than this. Everything could be improved, especially the rooms and facilities.
