About us
The hotel was built at the beginning of 1990 years. Today it has 40 comfortable rooms doubles/triples/family rooms, it should host maximum 120 people. It has conference rooms, a wide bar by the hall, a room where children could play, outdoor private swimming pool, and the romantic Cornaletto restauran indoor and also on the terrace and in the garden. Some of the rooms have private balcony and view in front of the wonderful historical centre of Corciano.

Accommodation
40 rooms, circa 100/120 beds. All rooms are private and have aircon, heater, digital flat TV, window, (some of them have private balcony), desk, chairs, wardrobe, sheets and blankets, private facilities with shower, towels.

Services and activities
Guests can use lounge area, living room, garden, patio, swimming pool, restaurant, parking space for cars.
Internet wi-fi is free, breakfast is available.
It is possible to rent bike, eco-electric bike, vespa.
Nearby is possible to ride horses.
We suggest tours for individual people and for groups.
Groups of all age are welcome.

Surroundings
The hotel is really close to a wood, only 3 km far from the ancient town of Corciano, 10 minutes by car to Trasimeno Lake, 15 minutes by car to Perugia.
To reach the hotel is necessary to drive through the Commercial area of Corciano. Really close to Harley Davidson shop.
Nearby there is a petrol station, a tabacco' shop a pair of supermarkets, and lots of shops and outlets.
