About us
he entire complex was purchased in 1992 by the Salvadori family, which initiated the restoration with respect to the original architecture, using bioarchitectural materials such, bricks, lime and wood, marking the birth of “Tenuta Quarrata”.

The name Quarrata comes from the Roman period and indicates military quarters located in forested areas.

Accommodation
Each apartment is equipped whith a kitchenette, one or two bedrooms, a living room with one or two sleeper sofas and bath with shower, all independent inclusive with garden sitting area with forniture.

At your disposal there are also barbecues, coin operated laundry machine and a large shaded parking facility.


Services and activities
Our structure is equipped with a pool, tennis court, lounge area, game room. Our services available are breakfast and the main meals, lunch or dinner. There is also a WIFI access, laundry, heating and ventilator.

Surroundings
We are five minutes away from the downtown, where you can find the main shops and supermarkets. We are also close by the most important cities like Pisa, Lucca, Florence or Siena.
