The beach is easily reached in 10 minutes walking distance and the bus stop to the city centre is a short walk from the apartment (10 mt.).
Cagliari city centre can be reached in 15 minutes by bus or in 10 minutes by car.
Double room with ensuite bathroom, kitchen with frigo and microwave and a terrace/living room where you can eat outdoor.

The structure is equipped with heating or air conditioning and is offered complete with towels and linen.
