Hotel Ventura **

Doccia fredda una volta su 3 giorni, bagno che si allaga e imposta con listelli traballanti. Nulla da ridire su pulizia e posizione. prezzo un po' alto per un hotel 2 stelle.

No wifi. Location is good. Can hear the road noise. rooms insulation is transparent neighbors voices are audible. Reception can not speak English.

Nos han dado una habitación digna de una pocilga, estamos muy descontentos puesto que ibamos con una niña de apenas dos años y nos dio tanto asco que no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Habitacion vieja, armario con una sola puerta, television averiada, un zocalo en el baño con dos puntas bailando y peligrando nuestra estancia....para colomo el de recepcion me birlo 2 euros de mas por listillo y no me refiero a los dos euros por cabeza de tasa que se debe pagar por cabeza por noche. NO RECOMENDADO A NADIE

Esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estacion central termini y es muy facil llegar, para poder moverse a cualquier lugar, solo que la atencion del personal de recepcion es pesima, necesitan mejorar sus atenciones, La chica es un poco mas atenta pero la persona que esta en las noches y durante la madrugada tiene pesima actitud, nos nos respeto el descuento que nos cobraron por reservar en linea, nos hizo cargos extras y se puso en una actitud pesima, no me volveria a quedar en ese hostal hay mejores en alrededor.

Horrible experience!! I cannot find enough words to say how sorry I am I chose to stay there. First contact has been rough as nobody from the staff speaks anything but Italian. Then the hotel was full, we had to wait a couple of hours until a couple left and they gave us a room right behind the reception. The bathroom was small and dirty and a big piece of ceiling was missing. In the first night when we arrived the staff were all at the reception making screaming, singing and they had a TV with the volume up to the maximum. I requested for another room, nothing was available but then they just shut up at some point. The only good thing about it was the location, really close to Termini. We had to move and spend lots of vacation money on another hotel but it was well worth it. I do not encourage anyone to go there, that is not a hotel. They should be banned or something but then again like many things in Italy, the authorities seem to walk by with their eyes closed.

Básico,bem localizado,café da manhã se restringe a um capuccino tomado em pé na recepção e a brioches gostosos.Para viajantes que procuram economia.boa localização com o básico é uma boa opção.

We would not come back there. Size of the room was fair but:

- the walls were very dirty and the painting was falling right off the wall due to the humidity.

- the toilet seat was broken and could not seat.

- shower head broken

- very noisy

El hotel esta bien. La limpieza es excelente,todos los días nos limpiaron la habitación. El personal habla italiano,pero te puedes entender con el ingles y el castellano.Está muy cerca de estación Termini,donde están metros y trenes.Para dormir está muy bien.Te dan llaves para que puedas hacer tu marcha.

Hotel muy sencillo, sin nada de lujos, pero MUY,MUY LIMPIO (cambio diario de toallas inclusive) y muy buena localización, (céntrica y buenos accesos a metro y autobús), que si vas a conocer la ciudad y sólo necesitas un lugar para descansar y ducharte, es más que perfecto.

Relación calidad-precio más que buena y además ofrece un pequeño desayuno, aunque sencillo, que consiste en un café o capuccino de máquina y una buena bollería que ofrecen en la recepción del hotel.

Position perfect, few minutes walking from termini station.

Quite loud place... can hear neighboors having shower and cars on the street.

In reception no one speaks english, only body language, but friendly and positive people.

Sometimes problems with hot water in shower.

Anyway, good place for that price!!!

If you need just place for some sleep, than it is for you!

La struttura è un po' fatiscente, muri con intonaco sporco o cadente, bagno con nessun appoggio per asciugamani, carta igienica o vestiti. La posizione è ottima per la vicinanza alla stazione.

Szału nie ma :) Reczniki były codzienie czyste( wymieniane) pościel swierza, ale w łazience troszke grzybicznie :) Bardzo blisko do termini(5min) W okolicy zadnych sklepow sporzywczych. Bardzo glośno (skrzyzowanie)

Muy cerca de la estacion de trenes, las habitaciones son limpias pero hay un olor a humedad. Por lo demas todo ok.

Recomiendo este hotel, esta muy bien ubicado a 3 o 4 calles de la estacion termini, donde llegan y salen los trenes y de la estacion del metro. El hotel se ubica en un gran edificio donde se encuentran otros hoteles, la atencion muy buena!!! a pesar de que hablen italiano entienden y se hacen entender. La habitacion muy amplia limpia y lumninosa. Te dan cafe y una pasta por la mañana sin cobrarte. la verdad que si no piensas hacer uso del hotel mas que para dormir lo recomiendo, yo volveria a reservarlo.

El hotel estuvo super bien, ademas queda muy cerca al termini y el personal es muy amable y atento. Lo recomendaria 100%. Ademas las habitaciones son bonitas !!!

Mi opinion del hotel Ventura es plenamente sastifactoria. buen servicio,amabilidad y centrico. Ningun problema con la reserva, plenamente fastifecho. recomiendo el hotel a todas las personas que busquen un hotel centrico, economico pero sin grandes lujo, solo lo indispensable.

Perfect quality/price.

The hotel is located at 5 minutes from Termini station, very convinient for changing trains and metros. But on the other hand, the hotel is in an old building and the rooms were not renovated for a long time, but the bathrooms were nice and all new. Considering that it was winter, it was actually very hot in the room, and no problem with the hot water. Another issue was that the receptionist/ owner didn't speak any foreign language, so good luck if you do not speak italian.

En realidad este no es una opinión sobre el hotel Ventura sino del Philia, ya que cuando llegamos al Ventura estaba completo y nos llevaron al otro que esta en el mismo bloque. El trato del personal fue muy bueno, la habitación no era gran cosa pero estaba limpia y el baño estaba también bien. Ademas el desayuno estaba incluido y está bastante bien. En cuanto calidad precio es muy aceptable. La ubicación bastante bien también ya que esta a un paso de termini. Si buscais un hotel cómodo limpio y no muy caro para descansar después de un dia agotador por Roma este es una buena opción.

Sin cortinas en el baño ni calefacción (dicen que es cosa de Roma). Limpian todos los días, hablan español y todo muy cerca.

El hotel es malisimo.las paredes estan desconchadas,tiene humedades.el agua de la taza del water se salia.no cambian las sabanas todos los dias.los recepcionistas solo hablan italiano.muy malo

The Hostel is very close to the Termini railway station. which is very well connect to all the sites.

The Hostel was clean and the rooms were cleaned daily. The towels and soap etc were also changed daily.

They provide Breakfast and coffee. Its decent - A large donut or muffin, quite filling.

The owner seemed to be a nice person, but they hardly spoke any english. I could manage with my broken Italian.

The reception is full of smoke all the time, as the people behind it kept smoking.

wasnt very happy with the staff. the lady at the reception kept yelling all afternoon at her kid.. it was quite irritating. She smoked all the time, even while talking to us.

the TV at the reception is ON and loud until 12 midnight.

reception timing - 8.00 to 24.00.

The traffic sound from the nearby road could be quite disturbing early morning on weekdays...7 onwards.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è onesto. Si potrebbe migliorare la pulizia (polvere e pareti rovinate) e l'arredamento delle camere che sa un pò di "trapassato". Staff cortese.

L'hotel e' in un ottima posizione vicino alla stazione da dove partono tutti i mezzi.La stanza e' pulita e il rapporto tra prezzo e qualita' dell'hotel e' onesto.

La verdad que en relación calidad/precio yo lo catalogaria de excelente. Habitación amplia y limpia, con cuarto de baño pequeño pero que cubre las necesidades basicas de ducha, inodoro y lavabo.

A 5 minutos andando de la estación de Termini.

Si vas a disfrutar de la ciudad y solo quieres el hotel para dormir este es tu hotel!!

Avevo prenotato una stanza da 3 e una da 2, quando siamo arrivati aveva dato via quella da 2 e alla fine ci hanno messi in 5 in una stanza da 4, tutti ammucchiati, con un bagnetto minuscolo e non ci hanno neanche fatto lo sconto! servizio pessimo. ci hanno trattati come turisti ignoranti facendoci credere che ci avessero dato una stanza più bella di quella prenotata invece che ammettere il loro sbaglio. c'erano pure dei millepiedi.

non ci tornerò mai più!

the hotel staff don't speak english, the communication was too dificult

The hotel is well situated, in the centre of Rome, near termini station provided with

full transport services.Is it clean, but the room was too small. However, is two starts hotel so you can expect too much.

The rooms were not very clean. Noisy traffic just outside the window. Bitter staff who neither speak english nor german AT ALL. I would prefer to see smiling faces and friendly people, who speak any other language than italiano, and who know the keep the sheets clean.
